Art. 5h Ordinance of November 23, 1983 on the Construction and Operation of Railways (OCR) - Annual Report of the FOT - English

Each year, the FOT publishes the common safety indicators referred to in Art. 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/798.

It publishes an annual report on its activities as the supervisory authority; this report contains at least the information referred to in Art. 19 of Directive (EU) 2016/798.

Das BAV veröffentlicht jährlich die gemeinsamen Sicherheitsindikatoren nach Artikel 5 der Richtlinie (EU) 2016/798 {note: Siehe Fussnote zu Art. 5 a Abs. 1.} .

Es veröffentlicht über seine Tätigkeit als Aufsichtsbehörde einen Jahresbericht, der mindestens die Angaben nach Artikel 19 der Richtlinie (EU) 2016/798 enthält.

Chaque année, l’OFT publie les indicateurs de sécurité communs visés à l’art. 5 de la directive (UE) 2016/798 {note: Cf. note de bas de page relative à l’art. 5 a, al. 1.} .

Il publie un rapport annuel sur ses activités en tant qu’autorité de surveillance; ce rapport contient au moins les informations visées à l’art. 19 de la directive (UE) 2016/798.

Pubblica un rapporto annuale sulla sua attività in veste di autorità di vigilanza che contiene almeno le indicazioni di cui all’articolo 19 della direttiva (UE) 2016/798.
