The approval of an intervention in favor of the community must particularly contain the following elements: a. designation as an approval; b. designation of the authority that granted the approval; c. designation of the recipients of the approval; d. reasons; e. legal basis; f. supported project; g. authorized works; h. locations and dates of the intervention; i. total number of service days to be performed; j. other conditions and obligations; k. coverage of expenses; l. legal remedies; m. notification formula; n. signature of the authority that granted the approval, place and date of the approval.

The refusal of a request must be the subject of a decision.

Die Bewilligung für einen Einsatz zugunsten der Gemeinschaft muss insbesondere die folgenden Angaben beinhalten: a. Bezeichnung als Bewilligung; b. Bewilligungsbehörde; c. Bewilligungsadressaten und -adressatinnen; d. Begründung; e. gesetzliche Grundlage; f. unterstütztes Vorhaben; g. bewilligte Arbeiten; h. Einsatzorte und -daten; i. insgesamt zu leistende Schutzdiensttage; j. weitere Bedingungen und Auflagen; k. Kostentragung; l. Rechtsmittelbelehrung; m. Eröffnungsformel; n. Unterschrift der Bewilligungsbehörde mit Ort und Datum.

Die Ablehnung eines Gesuchs ist zu verfügen.

L’approbation d’une intervention en faveur de la collectivité doit contenir en particulier les éléments suivants: a. dénomination en tant qu’approbation; b. désignation de l’autorité qui a donné l’approbation; c. désignation des destinataires de l’approbation; d. motifs; e. base légale; f. projet soutenu; g. travaux autorisés; h. lieux et dates de l’intervention; i. total des jours de service à accomplir; j. autres conditions et charges; k. prise en charge des frais; l. moyens de droit; m. formule de notification; n. signature de l’autorité qui a donné l’approbation, lieu et date de l’approbation.

Le refus d’une demande doit faire l’objet d’une décision.

L’autorizzazione di un intervento di pubblica utilità deve contenere in particolare le indicazioni seguenti: a. designazione quale «autorizzazione»; b. autorità che rilascia l’autorizzazione; c. beneficiari dell’autorizzazione; d. motivazione; e. base legale; f. evento sostenuto; g. lavori autorizzati; h. luoghi e date relativi agli interventi; i. numero complessivo di giorni di servizio da prestare; j. ulteriori condizioni e oneri; k. assunzione dei costi; l. indicazione dei rimedi giuridici; m. formula di notifica; n. firma dell’autorità che rilascia l’autorizzazione, con luogo e data.
