The cantons must: a. notify the FOEN each year by 31 March of the number of residents that are connected to each waste water treatment plant on their territory as of 1 January of the calendar year in question; b. submit to the FOEN by 31 October of each calendar year the final accounts with requests for compensatory payments under Article 60 b paragraph 2 WPA that are received by 30 September of the same calendar year.

Die Kantone müssen dem BAFU: a. jährlich bis zum 31. März für jede zentrale Abwasserreinigungsanlage auf ihrem Gebiet die Anzahl der am 1. Januar des laufenden Kalenderjahres an die Anlagen angeschlossenen Einwohner melden; b. die bei ihnen nach Artikel 60 b Absatz 2 GSchG bis zum 30. September eines Kalenderjahres eingegangenen Schlussabrechnungen mit dem Gesuch um Abgeltungen bis am 31. Oktober desselben Kalenderjahres einreichen.

Les cantons doivent: a. déclarer chaque année à l’OFEV, au plus tard le 31 mars, pour chaque station centrale d’épuration des eaux usées sise sur leur territoire, le nombre d’habitants raccordés au 1 er janvier de l’année courante; b. remettre à l’OFEV, au plus tard le 31 octobre de l’année civile. la demande d’indemnités avec les décomptes finaux visés à l’art. 60 b, al. 2, LEaux, qu’ils auront reçus jusqu’au 30 septembre de la même année.

I Cantoni devono devono trasmettere all’UFAM: a. ogni anno entro il 31 marzo: per ogni stazione di depurazione centrale sul proprio territorio il numero di abitanti allacciati il 1° gennaio dell’anno civile in corso; b. entro il 31 ottobre dello stesso anno civile: i conteggi finali di cui all’articolo 60 b capoverso 2 LPAc, pervenuti entro il 30 settembre dell’anno civile in corso, unitamente alla domanda di indennità.
