The Federal Social Insurance Office (FSIO) and the interested execution bodies have the right to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against judgments rendered by cantonal insurance courts. The FSIO also has the right to appeal against judgments rendered by the Federal Administrative Court.

The court must notify its decision by registered letter to the authorities entitled to appeal.

Das BSV und die beteiligten Durchführungsstellen sind berechtigt, gegen Entscheide der kantonalen Versicherungsgerichte beim Bundesgericht Beschwerde zu erheben. Das BSV ist auch zur Beschwerde gegen Entscheide des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts berechtigt.

Das Gericht muss seinen Entscheid den beschwerdeberechtigten Behörden mit eingeschriebenem Brief zustellen.

L’OFAS et les organes d’exécution intéressés ont qualité pour recourir devant le Tribunal fédéral contre des jugements rendus par les tribunaux cantonaux des assurances. L’OFAS a également qualité pour recourir contre les jugements rendus par le Tribunal administratif fédéral.

Le tribunal doit notifier sa décision par lettre recommandée aux autorités ayant qualité pour recourir.

L’UFAS e gli organi esecutivi che si sono occupati dell’applicazione possono impugnare le decisioni del tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni davanti al Tribunale federale. L’UFAS è inoltre autorizzato a impugnare le decisioni del Tribunale amministrativo federale mediante ricorso.

Il Tribunale deve notificare la sua decisione alle autorità legittimate a ricorrere mediante invio raccomandato.
