Art. 5 Ordinance of June 27, 2007, concerning Diplomas, University Education, Postgraduate Education, and the Practice of University Medical Professions (OPMĂ©d) - MEBEKO Database - English

MEBEKO registers in a database important information relating to: a. the federal diplomas referred to in Art. 5, para. 1, LPMĂ©d; b. the recognized foreign diplomas referred to in Art. 15, para. 1, LPMĂ©d; c. the diplomas referred to in Art. 33a, para. 2, letter a, LPMĂ©d; d. the verified diplomas referred to in Art. 35, para. 1, LPMĂ©d; e. the diplomas deemed equivalent referred to in Art. 36, para. 3, LPMĂ©d; f. the recognized foreign postgraduate titles referred to in Art. 21, para. 1, LPMĂ©d; g. the verified postgraduate titles referred to in Art. 35, para. 1, LPMĂ©d; h. the postgraduate titles deemed equivalent referred to in Art. 36, para. 3, LPMĂ©d; i. ...

The secretariat of the "university education" section of MEBEKO records the following data concerning holders of one of the diplomas referred to in para. 1, letters a to e: a. surname and first names, former names; b. date of birth and gender; c. correspondence language; d. places of origin and nationalities; e. social security number (AVS number); f. unique identification number for individuals in medical professions (GLN); g. address, telephone number, and email address; h. language skills.

It also records, concerning the holders: a. of a federal diploma referred to in Art. 5, para. 1, LPMĂ©d: the said diploma with its date of issuance and the place where it was awarded; b. of a recognized foreign diploma referred to in Art. 15, para. 1, LPMĂ©d: the said diploma with its date of issuance, the place and country where it was awarded, and the date of its recognition by MEBEKO; c. of a diploma referred to in Art. 33a, para. 2, letter a, LPMĂ©d: the said diploma with its date of issuance, the place and country where it was awarded, and the date of its registration in the university medical professions register by MEBEKO, pursuant to the ordinance concerning the LPMĂ©d register of April 5, 2017 (register of university medical professions); d. of a verified diploma referred to in Art. 35, para. 1, LPMĂ©d: the said diploma with its date of issuance, the place and country where it was awarded, and the date of its verification by MEBEKO; e. of a diploma deemed equivalent referred to in Art. 36, para. 3, LPMĂ©d: the said diploma with its date of issuance, the place and country where it was awarded, and the date on which MEBEKO issued the equivalence certificate.

The secretariat of the "postgraduate education" section of MEBEKO records the following data concerning the holders: a. of a recognized foreign postgraduate title referred to in Art. 21, para. 1, LPMĂ©d: the said title with its date of issuance, the place and country where it was awarded, and the date of its recognition by MEBEKO; b. of a verified postgraduate title referred to in Art. 35, para. 1, LPMĂ©d: the said title with its date of issuance, the place and country where it was awarded, and the date of its verification by MEBEKO; c. of a postgraduate title deemed equivalent referred to in Art. 36, para. 3, LPMĂ©d: the said title with its date of issuance, the place and country where it was awarded, and the date on which MEBEKO issued the equivalence certificate.

The data referred to in paras. 1 to 4 are progressively and freely recorded in the university medical professions register.

The secretariat of the "university education" section of MEBEKO makes available to the competent organization the data necessary for the attribution of the GLN referred to in paras. 2 and 3.

Art. 5 Verordnung vom 27. Juni 2007 über Diplome, Ausbildung, Weiterbildung und Berufsausübung in den universitären Medizinalberufen (MedBV) - Datenbank der MEBEKO - Deutsch

Die MEBEKO trägt in einer Datenbank die relevanten Daten ein zu: a. den eidgenössischen Diplomen nach Artikel 5 Absatz 1 MedBG; b. den anerkannten ausländischen Diplomen nach Artikel 15 Absatz 1 MedBG; c. den Diplomen nach Artikel 33 a Absatz 2 Buchstabe a MedBG; d. den nachgeprüften Diplomen nach Artikel 35 Absatz 1 MedBG; e. den gleichwertigen Diplomen nach Artikel 36 Absatz 3 MedBG; f. den anerkannten ausländischen Weiterbildungstiteln nach Artikel 21 Absatz 1 MedBG; g. den nachgeprüften Weiterbildungstiteln nach Artikel 35 Absatz 1 MedBG; h. den gleichwertigen Weiterbildungstiteln nach Artikel 36 Absatz 3 MedBG; i. {note: Eingefügt durch Ziff. Das Sekretariat des Ressorts Ausbildung der MEBEKO erfasst folgende Daten zu den Inhaberinnen und Inhabern eines Diploms nach Absatz 1 Buchstaben a–e: a. Name und Vornamen, frühere Namen; b. Geburtsdatum und Geschlecht; c. Korrespondenzsprache; d. Heimatorte und Nationalitäten; e. AHV-Nummer {note: Ausdruck gemäss Anhang Ziff. II 28 der V vom 17. Nov. 2021, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2022 ( AS 2021 800).} ; f. eine eindeutige Identifikationsnummer für die Medizinalpersonen (GLN {note: GLN steht für Global Location Number.} ); g. Adresse, Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse; h. die vorhandenen Sprachkenntnisse.

Zusätzlich erfasst es zu Inhaberinnen und Inhabern: a. eines eidgenössischen Diploms nach Artikel 5 Absatz 1 MedBG: dieses Diplom mit Ausstellungsdatum und Ort der Diplomerteilung; b. eines anerkannten ausländischen Diploms nach Artikel 15 Absatz 1 MedBG: dieses Diplom mit Ausstellungsdatum, Ort und Land der Diplomerteilung sowie Datum der Anerkennung durch die MEBEKO; c. eines Diploms nach Artikel 33 a Absatz 2 Buchstabe a MedBG: dieses Diplom mit Ausstellungsdatum, Ort und Land der Diplomerteilung sowie Datum der Eintragung im Register der universitären Medizinalberufe nach der Registerverordnung MedBG vom 5. April 2017 {note: SR 811.117.3} (Medizinalberuferegister) durch die MEBEKO; d. eines nachgeprüften Diploms nach Artikel 35 Absatz 1 MedBG: dieses Diplom mit Ausstellungsdatum, Ort und Land der Erteilung sowie Datum der Nachprüfung durch die MEBEKO; e. eines gleichwertigen Diploms nach Artikel 36 Absatz 3 MedBG: dieses Diplom mit Ausstellungsdatum, Ort und Land der Diplomerteilung sowie Datum der Gleichwertigkeitsbescheinigung durch die MEBEKO.

Das Sekretariat des Ressorts Weiterbildung der MEBEKO erfasst zu den Inhaberinnen und Inhabern: a. eines anerkannten ausländischen Weiterbildungstitels nach Artikel 21 Absatz 1 MedBG: den entsprechenden Titel mit Ausstellungsdatum, Ort und Land der Erteilung sowie Datum der Anerkennung durch die MEBEKO; b. eines nachgeprüften Weiterbildungstitels nach Artikel 35 Absatz 1 MedBG: diesen Weiterbildungstitel mit Ausstellungsdatum, Ort und Land der Erteilung sowie Datum der Nachprüfung durch die MEBEKO; c. eines gleichwertigen Weiterbildungstitels nach Artikel 36 Absatz 3 MedBG: diesen Weiterbildungstitel mit Ausstellungsdatum, Ort und Land der Erteilung des Weiterbildungstitels sowie Datum der Gleichwertigkeitsbescheinigung durch die MEBEKO.

Die Daten nach den Absätzen 1–4 werden laufend und kostenlos ins Medizinalberuferegister eingetragen.

Die für die Vergabe der GLN notwendigen Daten gemäss den Absätzen 2 und 3 werden der dafür zuständigen Organisation vom Sekretariat des Ressorts Ausbildung der MEBEKO zur Verfügung gestellt.

Art. 5 Ordonnance du 27 juin 2007 concernant les diplômes, la formation universitaire, la formation postgrade et l'exercice des professions médicales universitaires (OPMéd) - Banque de données de la MEBEKO - Français

La MEBEKO inscrit dans une banque de données les informations importantes relatives: a. aux diplômes fédéraux visés à l’art. 5, al. 1, LPMéd; b. aux diplômes étrangers reconnus visés à l’art. 15, al. 1, LPMéd; c. aux diplômes visés à l’art. 33 a, al. 2, let. a, LPMéd; d. aux diplômes vérifiés visés à l’art. 35, al. 1, LPMéd; e. aux diplômes jugés équivalents visés à l’art. 36, al. 3, LPMéd; f. aux titres postgrades étrangers reconnus visés à l’art. 21, al. 1, LPMéd; g. aux titres postgrades vérifiés visés à l’art. 35, al. 1, LPMéd; h. aux titres postgrades jugés équivalents visés à l’art. 36, al. 3, LPMéd; i. {note: Introduite par le ch. Le secrétariat de la section «formation universitaire» de la MEBEKO enregistre les données suivantes concernant les titulaires d’un des diplômes visés à l’al. 1, let. a à e: a. nom et prénoms, noms antérieurs; b. date de naissance et sexe; c. langue de correspondance; d. lieux d’origine et nationalités; e. numéro AVS {note: Nouvelle expression selon l’annexe ch. II 28 de l’O du 17 nov. 2021, en vigueur depuis le 1 er janv. 2022 ( RO 2021 800).} ; f. numéro d’identification unique pour les personnes relevant des professions médicales (GLN {note: L’abréviation «GLN» signifie « Global Location Number»} ); g. adresse, numéro de téléphone et adresse électronique; h. connaissances linguistiques.

Il enregistre également, concernant les titulaires: a. d’un diplôme fédéral visé à l’art. 5, al. 1, LPMéd: ledit diplôme avec sa date d’établissement et le lieu où il a été délivré; b. d’un diplôme étranger reconnu visé à l’art. 15, al. 1, LPMéd: ledit diplôme avec sa date d’établissement, le lieu et le pays où il a été délivré ainsi que la date de sa reconnaissance par la MEBEKO; c. d’un diplôme visé à l’art. 33 a, al. 2, let. a, LPMéd: ledit diplôme avec sa date d’établissement, le lieu et le pays où il a été délivré ainsi que la date de son inscription dans le registre des professions médicales universitaires par la MEBEKO, conformément à l’ordonnance concernant le registre LPMéd du 5 avril 2017 {note: RS 811.117.3} (registre des professions médicales universitaires); d. d’un diplôme vérifié visé à l’art. 35, al. 1, LPMéd: ledit diplôme avec sa date d’établissement, le lieu et le pays où il a été délivré ainsi que la date de sa vérification par la MEBEKO; e. d’un diplôme jugé équivalent visé à l’art. 36, al. 3, LPMéd: ledit diplôme avec sa date d’établissement, le lieu et le pays où il a été délivré ainsi que la date à laquelle la MEBEKO a délivré le certificat d’équivalence.

Le secrétariat de la section «formation postgrade» de la MEBEKO enregistre les données suivantes concernant les titulaires: a. d’un titre postgrade étranger reconnu visé à l’art. 21, al. 1, LPMéd: ledit titre avec sa date d’établissement, le lieu et le pays où il a été délivré ainsi que la date de sa reconnaissance par la MEBEKO; b. d’un titre postgrade vérifié visé à l’art. 35, al. 1, LPMéd: ledit titre avec sa date d’établissement, le lieu et le pays où il a été délivré ainsi que la date de sa vérification par la MEBEKO; c. d’un titre postgrade jugé équivalent visé à l’art. 36, al. 3, LPMéd: ledit titre avec sa date d’établissement, le lieu et le pays où il a été délivré ainsi que la date à laquelle la MEBEKO a délivré le certificat d’équivalence.

Les données visées aux al. 1 à 4 sont inscrites au fur et à mesure et gratuitement dans le registre des professions médicales universitaires.

Le secrétariat de la section «formation universitaire» de la MEBEKO met à la disposition de l’organisation compétente les données nécessaires à l’attribution du GLN visées aux al. 2 et 3.

Art. 5 Ordinanza del 27 giugno 2007 sui diplomi, la formazione, il perfezionamento e l'esercizio della professione nelle professioni mediche universitarie (OPMed) - Banca dati della MEBEKO - Italiano

La MEBEKO iscrive in una banca dati i dati rilevanti che riguardano: a. i diplomi federali di cui all’articolo 5 capoverso 1 LPMed; b. i diplomi esteri riconosciuti di cui all’articolo 15 capoverso 1 LPMed; c. i diplomi di cui all’articolo 33 a capoverso 2 lettera a LPMed; d. i diplomi verificati di cui all’articolo 35 capoverso 1 LPMed; e. i diplomi equivalenti di cui all’articolo 36 capoverso 3 LPMed; f. i titoli di perfezionamento esteri riconosciuti di cui all’articolo 21 capoverso 1 LPMed; g. i titoli di perfezionamento verificati di cui all’articolo 35 capoverso 1 LPMed; h. i titoli di perfezionamento equivalenti di cui all’articolo 36 capoverso 3 LPMed; i. {note: Introdotta dal n. I 1 dell’O COVID-19 esame federale di medicina umana del 27 mag. 2020, in vigore dal 28 mag. 2020 fino al 31 ott. 2021 ( RU 2020 1811).} ...

Il segretariato della sezione «Formazione» della MEBEKO rileva i seguenti dati riguardanti i titolari di un diploma secondo il capoverso 1 lettere a-e: a. il cognome e i nomi, i cognomi precedenti; b. la data di nascita e il sesso; c. la lingua di corrispondenza; d. i luoghi di attinenza e le cittadinanze; e. il numero AVS {note: Nuova espr. giusta l’all. n. II 28 dell’O del 17 nov. 2021, in vigore dal 1° gen. 2022 ( RU 2021 800).} sull’assicurazione per la vecchiaia e per i superstiti; f. un numero di identificazione univoco per le persone appartenenti alle professioni mediche (GLN {note: GLN è l’acronimo di Global Location Number.} ); g. l’indirizzo, il numero di telefono e l’indirizzo di posta elettronica; h. le conoscenze linguistiche del titolare del diploma.

Rileva inoltre i seguenti documenti per i titolari di: a. un diploma federale secondo l’articolo 5 capoverso 1 LPMed: questo diploma con la data d’emissione e il luogo di rilascio; b. un diploma estero riconosciuto secondo l’articolo 15 capoverso 1 LPMed: questo diploma con la data d’emissione, il luogo e il Paese di rilascio, nonché la data di riconoscimento da parte della MEBEKO; c. un diploma secondo l’articolo 33 a capoverso 2 lettera a LPMed: questo diploma con la data d’emissione, il luogo e il Paese di rilascio, nonché la data d’iscrizione nel registro delle professioni mediche universitarie secondo l’ordinanza del 5 aprile 2017 {note: RS 811.117.3} sul registro LPMed (registro delle professioni mediche) da parte della MEBEKO; d. un diploma verificato secondo l’articolo 35 capoverso 1 LPMed: questo diploma con la data d’emissione, il luogo e il Paese di rilascio, nonché la data di verifica da parte della MEBEKO; e. un diploma equivalente secondo l’articolo 36 capoverso 3 LPMed: questo diploma con la data d’emissione, il luogo e il Paese di rilascio, nonché la data dell’attestato di equivalenza rilasciato dalla MEBEKO.

Il segretariato della sezione «Perfezionamento» della MEBEKO rileva i dati riguardanti i titolari di: a. un titolo di perfezionamento estero riconosciuto secondo l’articolo 21 capoverso 1 LPMed: il titolo corrispondente con la data d’emissione, il luogo e il Paese di rilascio, nonché la data del riconoscimento da parte della MEBEKO; b. un titolo di perfezionamento verificato secondo l’articolo 35 capoverso 1 LPMed; questo titolo con la data d’emissione, il luogo e il Paese di rilascio, nonché la data della verifica da parte della MEBEKO; c. un titolo di perfezionamento equivalente secondo l’articolo 36 capoverso 3 LPMed: questo titolo di perfezionamento con la data d’emissione, il luogo e il Paese di rilascio, nonché la data dell’attestato di equivalenza rilasciato dalla MEBEKO.

I dati di cui ai capoversi 1–4 sono iscritti nel registro delle professioni mediche regolarmente e gratuitamente.

I dati necessari per l’attribuzione del numero GLN di cui ai capoversi 2 e 3 sono messi a disposizione dell’organizzazione competente dal segretariato della sezione «Formazione» della MEBEKO.
