The authorization is withdrawn when the placement agent: a. obtained it by providing inaccurate or misleading information, or by concealing essential elements; b. repeatedly or seriously violates this Act or its implementing provisions, or in particular the federal and cantonal provisions related to the admission of foreigners; c. no longer fulfills the conditions required for the granting of the authorization.

If the placement agent no longer fulfills certain conditions required for the granting of the authorization, the authority that issued it must, before deciding on its withdrawal, grant the placement agent a deadline to regularize the situation.

Die Bewilligung wird entzogen, wenn der Vermittler: a. die Bewilligung durch unrichtige oder irreführende Angaben oder durch Verschweigen wesentlicher Tatsachen erwirkt hat; b. wiederholt oder in schwerwiegender Weise gegen dieses Gesetz oder die Ausführungsvorschriften oder insbesondere gegen die ausländerrechtlichen Zulassungsvorschriften des Bundes oder der Kantone verstösst; c. die Bewilligungsvoraussetzungen nicht mehr erfüllt.

Erfüllt der Vermittler einzelne Bewilligungsvoraussetzungen nicht mehr, so hat ihm die Bewilligungsbehörde vor dem Entzug der Bewilligung eine Frist zur Wiederherstellung des rechtmässigen Zustandes zu setzen.

L’autorisation est retirée lorsque le placeur: a. l’a obtenue en donnant des indications inexactes ou fallacieuses ou en taisant des éléments essentiels; b. enfreint de manière répétée ou grave la présente loi ou les dispositions d’exécution ou en particulier les dispositions fédérales et cantonales relatives à l’admission des étrangers; c. ne remplit plus les conditions requises pour l’octroi de l’autorisation.

Si le placeur ne remplit plus certaines des conditions requises pour l’octroi de l’autorisation, l’autorité qui l’a délivrée doit, avant d’en décider le retrait, impartir au placeur un délai pour régulariser sa situation.

L’autorizzazione è revocata se il collocatore: a. l’ha ottenuta fornendo indicazioni inesatte o fallaci oppure dissimulando fatti essenziali; b. viola ripetutamente o gravemente la presente legge o prescrizioni esecutive, in particolare le prescrizioni federali o cantonali sull’ammissione di stranieri; c. non ne adempie più i presupposti.

Se il collocatore non adempie più singoli presupposti dell’autorizzazione, l’autorità di rilascio, prima di revocargli l’autorizzazione, gli assegna un termine per porsi in consonanza alla legge.
