For plant protection products authorized or withdrawn in accordance with this ordinance, as well as for products for which a sales permit has been granted, the registration service ensures electronic public access to information containing at least the following elements: a. the name or business name of the authorization holder and the registration number; b. the trade name of the product; c. the type of formulation; d. the name and quantity of each active substance, phytoprotectant, or synergist contained in the product; e. the relevant warning statement in compliance with the classification referred to in Annex I, parts 2 to 5, the hazard statements referred to in Annex III, and the hazard pictograms referred to in Annex V of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008; f. the use or uses for which the product is authorized; g. the list of minor uses referred to in Art. 35; h. the requirements related to use according to Art. 18, paras. 3 and 6.

The information referred to in para. 1 must be easily accessible and updated at least every three months. It must not contain confidential information.

The registration service may publish, for these plant protection products, a fact sheet mentioning possible applications as well as their specific properties. This fact sheet must not contain confidential data.

In collaboration with the federal agricultural research stations, the registration service informs the competent cantonal authorities as well as the interested agricultural sectors about news concerning authorizations, and about the characteristics and possible applications of plant protection products.

It publishes the list of plant protection products that contain exclusively approved basic substances. This list contains the information mentioned in Art. 40 b.

Die Zulassungsstelle stellt der Öffentlichkeit Informationen über die nach dieser Verordnung bewilligten Pflanzenschutzmittel und die widerrufenen Bewilligungen sowie über Pflanzenschutzmittel, für die eine Verkaufserlaubnis erteilt wurde, in elektronischer Form zur Verfügung; die Informationen enthalten mindestens folgende Angaben: a. Name beziehungsweise Firmenname der Inhaberin der Bewilligung und Zulassungsnummer; b. Handelsname des Pflanzenschutzmittels; c. Art der Zubereitung; d. Namen und Anteile aller darin enthaltenen Wirkstoffe, Safener oder Synergisten; e. {note: Fassung gemäss Anhang Ziff. 4 der V vom 7. Nov. 2012, in Kraft seit 1. Dez. 2012 ( AS 2012 6103).} das Signalwort, welches aus der Einstufung nach Anhang 1 Teile 2–5 resultiert, die Gefahrenhinweise nach Anhang 3 und die Gefahrenpiktogramme nach Anhang 5 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 {note: Siehe Fussn. zu Art. 3 Abs. 1 Bst. d.} ; f. Verwendungszweck oder -zwecke, für den oder die das Mittel bewilligt ist; g. die Liste der geringfügigen Verwendungen nach Artikel 35; h. die Anforderungen für die Verwendung nach Artikel 18 Absätze 3 und 6.

Die Informationen nach Absatz 1 müssen leicht zugänglich sein und mindestens alle drei Monate aktualisiert werden. Sie dürfen keine vertraulichen Informationen enthalten.

Die Zulassungsstelle kann für die Pflanzenschutzmittel eine zusammenfassende Darstellung ihrer Anwendungen und sonstiger Eigenschaften veröffentlichen. Die Darstellung darf keine vertraulichen Angaben enthalten.

Die Zulassungsstelle informiert in Zusammenarbeit mit den eidgenössischen landwirtschaftlichen Forschungsanstalten die zuständigen kantonalen Behörden und die interessierten Landwirtschaftskreise über Neuerungen betreffend Zulassungen sowie über Eigenschaften und Anwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln.

Sie veröffentlicht die Liste der Pflanzenschutzmittel, die ausschliesslich genehmigte Grundstoffe enthalten. Die Liste enthält die in Artikel 40 b aufgeführten Informationen. {note: Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V vom 23. Mai 2012, in Kraft seit 1. Dez. 2012 ( AS 2012 3451).}

Pour les produits phytosanitaires autorisés ou retirés conformément à la présente ordonnance, de même que pour les produits pour lesquels une permission de vente a été accordée, le service d’homologation assure l’accès électronique du public à des informations contenant au moins les éléments suivants: a. le nom ou la raison sociale du titulaire de l’autorisation et le numéro d’homologation; b. le nom commercial du produit; c. le type de préparation; d. le nom et la quantité de chaque substance active, phytoprotecteur ou synergiste que le produit contient; e. {note: Nouvelle teneur selon l’annexe ch. 4 de l’O du 7 nov. 2012, en vigueur depuis le 1 er déc. 2012 ( RO 2012 6103).} la mention d’avertissement pertinente conforme à la classification visée à l’annexe I, parties 2 à 5, les mentions de danger visées à l’annexe III et les pictogrammes de danger visés à l’annexe V du règlement (CE) n o 1272/2008 {note: Cf. note relative à l’art. 3, al. 1, let. d.} ; f. l’utilisation ou les utilisations pour lesquelles le produit est autorisé; g. la liste des utilisations mineures visée à l’art. 35; h. les exigences relatives à l’utilisation selon l’art. 18, al. 3 et 6.

Les informations visées à l’al. 1 doivent être facilement accessibles et mises à jour au moins tous les trois mois. Elles ne peuvent contenir d’informations confidentielles.

Le service d’homologation peut publier, pour ces produits phytosanitaires, une fiche récapitulative mentionnant les applications possibles ainsi que leurs propriétés particulières. Cette fiche ne doit pas contenir de données confidentielles.

En collaboration avec les stations fédérales de recherches agronomiques, le service d’homologation informe les autorités cantonales compétentes ainsi que les milieux agricoles intéressés sur les nouveautés concernant les homologations, ainsi que sur les caractéristiques et les applications possibles des produits phytosanitaires.

Il publie la liste des produits phytosanitaires qui contiennent exclusivement des substances de base approuvées. Celle-ci contient les informations mentionnées à l’art. 40 b. {note: Introduit par le ch. I de l’O du 23 mai 2012, en vigueur depuis le 1 er déc. 2012 ( RO 2012 3451).}

Per i prodotti fitosanitari autorizzati o ritirati conformemente alla presente ordinanza e per i prodotti fitosanitari per i quali è stato concesso un permesso di vendita, il servizio d’omologazione rende elettronicamente accessibili al pubblico informazioni che contengono almeno quanto segue: a. il nome o la ragione sociale del titolare dell’autorizzazione e il numero d’omologazione; b. il nome commerciale del prodotto; c. il tipo di preparato; d. il nome e la quantità di ogni principio attivo, fitoprotettore o sinergizzante contenuto nel prodotto; e. {note: Nuovo testo giusta l’all. n. 4 dell’O del 7 nov. 2012, in vigore dal 1° dic. 2012 ( RU 2012 6103).} l’avvertenza che risulta dalla classificazione secondo l’allegato 1 parti 2–5, le indicazioni di pericolo secondo l’allegato 3 e i pittogrammi di pericolo secondo l’allegato 5 dell’ordinanza (CE) n. 1272/2008 {note: Cfr. nota a piè di pagina relativa all’art. 3 cpv. 1 lett. d.} ; f. l’uso o gli usi per cui è autorizzato il prodotto; g. l’elenco degli usi minori di cui all’articolo 35; h. le condizioni d’uso secondo l’articolo 18 capoversi 3 e 6.

Le informazioni di cui al capoverso 1 devono essere facilmente accessibili e aggiornate almeno una volta ogni tre mesi. Non devono contenere informazioni confidenziali.

Il servizio d’omologazione può pubblicare una breve presentazione dei possibili usi dei prodotti fitosanitari e delle loro proprietà. La presentazione non deve contenere dati confidenziali.

Il servizio d’omologazione informa, in collaborazione con le Stazioni federali di ricerche agronomiche, le competenti autorità cantonali e le cerchie agricole interessate sulle novità concernenti le omologazioni nonché su proprietà e uso dei prodotti fitosanitari.

Esso pubblica l’elenco dei prodotti fitosanitari contenenti esclusivamente sostanze di base. L’elenco contiene le informazioni enumerate nell’articolo 40 b. {note: Introdotto dalla cifra I dell’O del 23 mag. 2012, in vigore dal 1° dic. 2012 ( RU 2012 3451).}
