The Fund may pay benefits to: a. Swiss nationals living abroad and their relatives who live in the same household; b. Swiss Abroad institutions.

Payments from the fund are for a specific purpose and are paid as one-off contributions that do not have to be repaid.

The CD makes decisions on granting aid from the fund. There is no legal entitlement to receive such benefits.

Leistungen des Fonds können ausgerichtet werden an: a. Auslandschweizerinnen und -schweizer und ihre im selben Haushalt lebenden Angehörigen; b. Auslandschweizer-Institutionen.

Leistungen aus dem Fonds sind zweckgebunden und werden als einmalige, nicht rückerstattungspflichtige Beiträge ausgerichtet.

Die KD entscheidet über die Gewährung von Leistungen aus dem Fonds. Es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf solche Leistungen.

Des prestations du fonds peuvent être accordées: a. aux Suisses de l’étranger et à leurs proches vivant en ménage commun avec eux; b. aux institutions en faveur des Suisses de l’étranger.

Les prestations du fonds sont à affectation obligatoire et versées sous forme de contributions uniques non soumises à remboursement.

La DC décide de l’octroi des prestations du fonds. Nul ne peut se prévaloir du droit de bénéficier de telles prestations.

Possono beneficiare delle prestazioni del Fondo: a. gli Svizzeri all’estero e i loro familiari che vivono nella stessa economia domestica; b. le istituzioni a favore degli Svizzeri all’estero.

Le prestazioni del Fondo sono vincolate allo scopo previsto e vengono erogate sotto forma di contributi unici e senza obbligo di restituzione.

La DC decide in merito alla concessione di prestazioni del Fondo. Non sussiste alcun diritto alle prestazioni.
