Substances subject to notification requirements may be placed on the market if: a. the Notification Authority has accepted the notification thereof; or b. 60 days have elapsed since the confirmed date of receipt of the notification and of any additions or corrections required thereafter, without the Notification Authority having issued any response.

Ein anmeldepflichtiger Stoff darf in Verkehr gebracht werden, wenn: a. die Anmeldestelle die Annahme seiner Anmeldung verfügt hat; oder b. seit dem bestätigten Datum des Eingangs seiner Anmeldung und allenfalls nachgeforderter Ergänzungen und Berichtigungen 60 Tage verstrichen sind, ohne dass sich die Anmeldestelle dazu geäussert hat.

Une substance soumise à notification peut être mise sur le marché: a. si l’organe de réception des notifications a accepté sa notification par voie de décision, ou b. si l’organe de réception des notifications n’a pas émis d’avis dans les 60 jours après la date confirmée de réception de la notification et, le cas échéant, des compléments ou rectificatifs exigés après coup.

Una sostanza assoggettata all’obbligo di notifica può essere immessa sul mercato se: a. l’organo di notifica ha accettato la sua notifica mediante decisione; oppure b. dalla data d’entrata confermata della sua notifica e di eventuali complementi e rettifiche successivamente richiesti sono trascorsi 60 giorni senza che l’organo di notifica si sia espresso in merito.
