FINMA is authorised to provide other domestic supervisory authorities, the National Cyber Security Centre and the Swiss National Bank with non-public information that they need to fulfil their tasks. {note: Amended by No II 5 of the FA of 29 Sept. 2023 (Introduction of a Reporting Obligation for Cyberattacks on Critical Infrastructure), in force since 1 April 2025 ( AS 2024 257; 2025 168, 173; BBl 2023 84).}

FINMA and the supervisory authority under the Health Insurance Supervision Act of 26 September 2014 {note: SR 832.12} shall coordinate their supervisory activities. Die FINMA ist befugt, anderen inländischen Aufsichtsbehörden, dem Bundesamt für Cybersicherheit sowie der Schweizerischen Nationalbank nicht öffentlich zugängliche Informationen zu übermitteln, die diese zur Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben benötigen. {note: Fassung gemäss Ziff. Die FINMA und die Aufsichtsbehörde nach dem Krankenversicherungsaufsichtsgesetz vom 26. September 2014 {note: SR 832.12} koordinieren ihre Aufsichtstätigkeiten. Sie informieren sich gegenseitig, sobald sie von Vorkommnissen Kenntnis erhalten, die für die andere Aufsichtsbehörde von Bedeutung sind. {note: Eingefügt durch Anhang Ziff. 4 des Finanzdienstleistungsgesetzes vom 15. Die FINMA kann zudem mit dem EFD nicht öffentlich zugängliche Informationen über bestimmte Finanzmarktteilnehmer austauschen, wenn es der Aufrechterhaltung der Stabilität des Finanzsystems dient. {note: Fassung gemäss Anhang Ziff. 4 des Finanzdienstleistungsgesetzes vom 15. La FINMA est habilitée à communiquer à d’autres autorités suisses exerçant des tâches de surveillance, à l’Office fédéral de la cybersécurité ainsi qu’à la Banque nationale suisse les informations non accessibles au public dont elles ont besoin pour s’acquitter de leurs tâches. {note: Nouvelle teneur selon le ch. La FINMA et l’autorité de surveillance au sens de la loi du 26 septembre 2014 sur la surveillance de l’assurance-maladie {note: RS 832.12} coordonnent leurs activités de surveillance. La FINMA e l’autorità di vigilanza secondo la legge del 26 settembre 2014 {note: RS 832.12} sulla vigilanza sull’assicurazione malattie coordinano le loro attività di vigilanza.
