ESA experts train instructors and other ESA experts by fulfilling the tasks assigned to them under this ordinance and other implementing provisions.

The Federal Office of Sport (FOSPO) organizes the training and continuing education of ESA experts.

For this purpose, it may collaborate with the organizers referred to in Art. 37, para. 1 based on an agreement or commission them.

The organizers of leadership training collect appropriate fees from participants.

ESA-Expertinnen und -Experten bilden ESA-Leiterinnen und Leiter sowie andere ESA-Expertinnen und -Experten aus und erfüllen dabei die ihnen durch diese Verordnung und die weiteren Ausführungsbestimmungen übertragenen Aufgaben.

Organisator der Aus- und Weiterbildung der ESA-Expertinnen und ‑Experten ist das BASPO.

Es kann Organisatoren nach Artikel 37 Absatz 1 durch Vereinbarung beiziehen oder sie mit der Aus- und Weiterbildung beauftragen.

Die Organisatoren der Kaderbildung verlangen von den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern eine angemessene Kostenbeteiligung.
