Art. 38 Ordinance of 31 August 2022 on Data Protection (DPO) - Notice of decisions, guidelines and projects - English

The departments and the Federal Chancellery shall notify the FDPIC of their decisions in anonymised form and of their guidelines relating to data protection.

The federal authorities shall submit all legislative drafts to the FDPIC that relate to the processing of personal data, data protection and access to official documents.

Die Departemente und die Bundeskanzlei teilen dem EDĂ–B im Bereich des Datenschutzes ihre Entscheide in anonymisierter Form sowie ihre Richtlinien mit.

Die Bundesorgane legen dem EDĂ–B alle RechtsetzungsentwĂĽrfe vor, welche die Bearbeitung von Personendaten, den Datenschutz sowie den Zugang zu amtlichen Dokumenten betreffen.

En matière de protection des données, les départements et la Chancellerie fédérale communiquent au PFPDT leurs décisions sous forme anonyme, ainsi que leurs directives.

Les organes fédéraux soumettent au PFPDT tous leurs projets législatifs concernant le traitement de données personnelles, la protection des données et l’accès aux documents officiels.

Nell’ambito della protezione dei dati i dipartimenti e la Cancelleria federale comunicano all’IFPDT le loro decisioni in forma anonimizzata nonché le loro direttive.

Gli organi federali presentano all’IFPDT tutti i progetti di atti normativi che riguardano il trattamento di dati personali, la protezione dei dati e l’accesso ai documenti ufficiali.
