In the open and selective procedure, all tenders submitted on time are opened by at least two representatives of the contracting authority.

Minutes of the tender opening are prepared. These must contain at least the names of the people present, the names of the tenderers, the date of their tender submission, any tender variants and the total price of each tender.

If the supply and price tenders must be submitted in two separate envelopes, the envelopes must be opened in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2, but only the total prices must be recorded in the minutes regarding the opening of the second envelope.

At the latest after the contract has been awarded, all tenderers are granted access to the minutes upon request.

Im offenen und im selektiven Verfahren werden alle fristgerecht eingereichten Angebote durch mindestens zwei Vertreterinnen oder Vertreter der Auftraggeberin geöffnet.

Über die Öffnung der Angebote wird ein Protokoll erstellt. Darin sind mindestens die Namen der anwesenden Personen, die Namen der Anbieterinnen, das Datum der Einreichung ihrer Angebote, allfällige Angebotsvarianten sowie die jeweiligen Gesamtpreise der Angebote festzuhalten.

Sind Leistung und Preis in zwei separaten Couverts anzubieten, so ist für die Öffnung der Couverts nach den Absätzen 1 und 2 vorzugehen, wobei im Protokoll über die Öffnung der zweiten Couverts nur die Gesamtpreise festzuhalten sind.

Allen Anbieterinnen wird spätestens nach dem Zuschlag auf Verlangen Ein sicht in das Protokoll gewährt.

Dans les procédures ouvertes ou sélectives, toutes les offres remises dans le délai imparti sont ouvertes par au minimum deux représentants de l’adjudicateur.

Un procès-verbal est établi à l’ouverture des offres. Il doit mentionner au minimum les noms des personnes présentes, les noms des soumissionnaires, la date de remise des offres, les éventuelles variantes ainsi que le prix total de chaque offre.

Lorsque la prestation et le prix doivent être propo sés dans deux enveloppes distinctes, l’ouverture des enveloppes est régie par les al. 1 et 2, mais seuls les prix totaux devront être indiqués dans le procès-verbal d’ouverture des deuxièmes enveloppes.

Le procès-verbal est rendu accessible sur demande à tous les soumissionnaires au plus tard après l’adjudication.

Nella procedura di pubblico concorso e in quella selettiva tutte le offerte presentate entro i termini sono aperte da almeno due rappresentanti del committente.

È stilato un verbale dell’apertura delle offerte. Nel verbale sono indicati almeno i nomi delle persone presenti, i nomi degli offerenti, la data di presentazione delle offerte, eventuali varianti delle offerte, nonché il prezzo complessivo di ogni offerta.

Se la prestazione e il prezzo devono essere proposti in due buste distinte, l’apertura delle offerte avviene conformemente ai capoversi 1 e 2, ma nel verbale relativo all’apertura delle seconde buste sono indicati soltanto i prezzi complessivi.

Al più tardi dopo l’aggiudicazione, gli offerenti che ne fanno richiesta possono consultare il verbale.
