The dossier shall be retained for a period of five years following deletion of a registration in the Register or for a period of five years following rejection of an application for registration.

The following persons may view the dossier: a. the person registered in the Register; b. third parties who can prove a justified interest.

Das Aktenheft wird während fünf Jahren nach Löschung einer Eintragung im Register oder während fünf Jahren nach Abweisung eines Antrags auf Eintragung aufbewahrt.

In das Aktenheft können Einsicht nehmen: a. die in das Register eingetragene Person; b. Dritte, die ein begründetes Interesse nachweisen.

Le dossier est conservé pendant cinq ans à compter d’une radiation de l’inscription au registre ou pendant cinq ans après le rejet d’une demande d’inscription.

Peuvent consulter le dossier: a. la personne inscrite au registre; b. les tiers justifiant d’un intérêt suffisant.

Il fascicolo degli atti è conservato per cinque anni dalla cancellazione di un’iscrizione nel registro o per cinque anni dal momento in cui una domanda di registrazione è stata respinta.
