The confirmation of ability to provide information and conduct surveillance is valid for three years.
On expiry of the term of validity, the PTSS may extend the confirmation by a further three years if the person or entity required to cooperate certifies that since confirmation was granted no modifications have been carried out that influence data delivery or the ability to provide information or conduct surveillance.
If a provider can no longer provide information or conduct surveillance, it shall notify the PTSS immediately.
Die Bestätigung der Auskunfts- und Überwachungsbereitschaft ist drei Jahre gültig.
Nach Ablauf der Gültigkeitsdauer kann der Dienst ÜPF diese jeweils um weitere drei Jahre verlängern, wenn die Mitwirkungspflichtige bescheinigt, dass seit der Erteilung der Bestätigung keine Umstellungen vorgenommen wurden, welche die Datenausleitung, die Auskunfts- oder die Überwachungsbereitschaft beeinflussen.
Ist die Auskunfts- und Ăśberwachungsbereitschaft bei einer Anbieterin nicht mehr gegeben, so meldet sie dies unverzĂĽglich dem Dienst ĂśPF.
L’attestation de la disponibilité à renseigner et à surveiller est valable trois ans.
À l’issue de cette durée, le Servie SCPT peut prolonger la validité de l’attestation par période de trois ans si la personne obligée de collaborer atteste qu’aucun changement susceptible d’affecter la transmission des données ou sa capacité à renseigner et à surveiller n’est intervenu entre-temps.
Le fournisseur qui n’est plus en mesure de garantir sa disponibilité à renseigner et à surveiller en informe sans délai le Service SCPT.
L’attestato della disponibilità a informare e sorvegliare è valido tre anni.
Allo scadere della durata di validità , il Servizio SCPT può prorogarlo di altri tre anni se la persona obbligata a collaborare certifica che dal rilascio dell’attestato non sono stati operati cambiamenti che influiscono sul trasferimento dei dati o sulla disponibilità a informare e sorvegliare.
Il fornitore che non può più garantire la disponibilità a informare e sorvegliare ne informa senza indugio il Servizio SCPT.
