Art. 31a Ordinance of the SERI of December 19, 2014, on the Initial Vocational Training of Production Watchmaker with Federal VET Diploma (CFC) - Transitional Provisions Regarding the Amendment of December 22, 2020 - English

Individuals who began their training as a production watchmaker CFC before the entry into force of the amendment of December 22, 2020, shall complete it under the former law.

Candidates who repeat the qualification procedure with the final examination as a production watchmaker CFC until December 31, 2026, will have their performances assessed under the former law. Upon written request, they will be evaluated under the new law.

Candidates who repeat the final examination of the terminal module of the modular training as a production watchmaker CFC until December 31, 2029, will have their performances assessed under the former law. Upon written request, they will be evaluated under the new law.

Lernende, die ihre Bildung als Uhrmacherin oder Uhrmacher Produktion EFZ vor dem Inkrafttreten der Ă„nderung vom 22. Dezember 2020 begonnen haben, schliessen sie nach bisherigem Recht ab.

Kandidierende, die das Qualifikationsverfahren mit AbschlussprĂĽfung fĂĽr Uhrmacherin und Uhrmacher Produktion EFZ bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 wiederholen, werden nach bisherigem Recht beurteilt. Auf ihren schriftlichen Antrag hin werden sie nach neuem Recht beurteilt.

Kandidierende, die die AbschlussprĂĽfung des letzten Moduls der modularen Ausbildung fĂĽr Uhrmacherin und Uhrmacher Produktion EFZ bis zum 31. Dezember 2029 wiederholen, werden nach bisherigem Recht beurteilt. Auf ihren schriftlichen Antrag hin werden sie nach neuem Recht beurteilt.

Les personnes qui ont commencé leur formation d’horloger de production CFC avant l’entrée en vigueur de la modification du 22 décembre 2020 l’achèvent selon l’ancien droit.

Les candidats qui répètent la procédure de qualification avec examen final d’horloger de production CFC jusqu’au 31 décembre 2026 voient leurs prestations appréciées selon l’ancien droit. Sur demande écrite, ils sont évalués selon le nouveau droit.

Le persone che hanno iniziato la formazione di orologiaio di produzione AFC prima della modifica del 22 dicembre 2020 la portano a termine in base al diritto anteriore.

I candidati che ripetono la procedura di qualificazione con esame finale per orologiaio di produzione AFC entro il 31 dicembre 2026 sono valutati in base al diritto anteriore. I candidati che presentano un’apposita richiesta scritta sono valutati in base al nuovo diritto.

I candidati che ripetono l’esame di fine modulo dell’ultimo modulo della formazione modulare per orologiaio di produzione AFC entro il 31 dicembre 2029 sono valutati in base al diritto anteriore. I candidati che presentano un’apposita richiesta scritta sono valutati in base al nuovo diritto.
