Art. 313 Federal Act of April 11, 1889 on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (DCBA) - English

Any creditor may request the revocation of a settlement agreement tainted with bad faith (Art. 20, 28, 29 CO). Articles 307 to 309 apply by analogy.

Jeder Gläubiger kann beim Nachlassgericht den Widerruf eines auf unredliche Weise zustandegekommenen Nachlassvertrages verlangen (Art. 20, 28, 29 OR {note: SR 220} ).

Die Artikel 307–309 finden sinngemässe Anwendung.
