The SRG SSR shall organise itself so that: a. its autonomy and independence from the state and from social, economic and political groupings is guaranteed; b. it is managed economically and the radio and television fees are used for the purpose for which they were intended; c. the concerns of the linguistic regions are taken into consideration and national leadership and coordination is assured; d. the public is represented in the organisation; e. editorial activity is separate from economic activities; f. it can be managed, supervised and inspected in accordance with the principles of the law on companies limited by shares.

Its articles of association must be approved by DETEC.

Die SRG organisiert sich so, dass: a. ihre Autonomie und Unabhängigkeit vom Staat und von einzelnen gesellschaftlichen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Gruppierungen gewährleistet sind; b. sie wirtschaftlich geführt wird und die Abgaben für Radio und Fernsehen ihrem Zweck entsprechend verwendet werden; c. die Anliegen der Sprachregionen berücksichtigt werden und eine nationale Leitung und Koordination sichergestellt ist; d. das Publikum in der Organisation vertreten ist; e. die redaktionelle Tätigkeit von den wirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten getrennt ist; f. sie nach aktienrechtlichen Prinzipien geleitet, überwacht und kontrolliert werden kann.

Ihre Statuten müssen durch das UVEK genehmigt werden.

La SSR s’organise de manière à garantir: a. son autonomie et son indépendance de l’État et des différentes entités sociales, économiques et politiques; b. une gestion efficace et une utilisation des redevances de radio-télévision conforme à leur affectation; c. la prise en compte des intérêts des régions linguistiques et la mise en place d’une direction et d’une coordination nationales; d. la représentation du public dans l’organisation; e. la séparation de l’activité rédactionnelle et des activités économiques; f. l’application des principes régissant la direction, la surveillance et le contrôle des sociétés anonymes.

Les statuts de la SSR sont soumis à l’approbation du département.

La SSR adotta un’organizzazione tale da assicurare: a. la propria autonomia e indipendenza nei confronti dello Stato e delle varie entità sociali, economiche e politiche; b. una gestione efficace e un impiego del canone conforme allo scopo previsto; c. il rispetto delle aspirazioni delle regioni linguistiche, nonché una direzione e un coordinamento nazionali; d. la rappresentanza del pubblico nell’organizzazione; e. la separazione fra attività redazionale e attività economiche ; f. una direzione, una sorveglianza e un controllo conformi ai principi del diritto in materia di società anonima.

Gli statuti della SSR sottostanno all’approvazione del DATEC.
