When the approval authority withdraws an authorization or does not renew it and the reasons for the withdrawal or non-renewal are not related to an unacceptably deemed potential hazardous effect, it may grant a deadline for the marketing of existing stocks.

The deadline does not exceed twelve months for the marketing of the existing stocks of the concerned plant protection products.

In the event of withdrawal of the authorization or non-renewal due to immediate concerns regarding human or animal health or the environment, the concerned plant protection products are immediately withdrawn from the market.

Widerruft die Zulassungsstelle eine Bewilligung oder erneuert sie sie nicht und betreffen die Gründe für den Widerruf oder die Nichtgewährung der Erneuerung nicht eine als unannehmbar erachtete, potenziell gefährliche Wirkung, kann sie eine Frist für die das Inverkehrbringen der Lagerbestände gewähren.

Die Frist beträgt höchstens zwölf Monate für das Inverkehrbringen der Lagerbestände des betreffenden Pflanzenschutzmittels.

Wird eine Bewilligung aus dringender Sorge um die Gesundheit von Mensch oder Tier oder um die Umwelt widerrufen oder nicht erneuert, werden die betreffenden Pflanzenschutzmittel unverzüglich vom Markt genommen.

En cas de retrait de l’autorisation ou de non-renouvellement en raison de préoccupations immédiates concernant la santé humaine ou animale ou l’environnement, les produits phytosanitaires concernés sont immédiatement retirés du marché.

Se revoca o non rinnova un’autorizzazione e le ragioni della revoca o del non rinnovo non sono connesse a un potenziale effetto pericoloso ritenuto inaccettabile, il servizio d’omologazione può concedere un termine per l’immissione sul mercato delle scorte esistenti.

Il termine per l’immissione sul mercato delle scorte esistenti del prodotto fitosanitario in questione è di 12 mesi al massimo.

In caso di revoca dell’autorizzazione o di non rinnovo a causa di preoccupazioni immediate concernenti la salute umana o animale o l’ambiente, i prodotti fitosanitari in questione sono ritirati immediatamente dal mercato.
