The IGDP may contain the following categories of sensitive data: a. data relating to the person, their family, and their close acquaintances, including personal data, membership in trade unions for the collection of dues, secondary activities, and public offices requiring authorization; b. data relating to health in connection with employment relationships, particularly absences due to illness or accident; c. data relating to performance, skills, and potential, including evaluation levels and language skills; d. data relating to procedural acts and decisions by authorities, including wage garnishments, family allowances, wage claims, severance benefits; e. data relating to decisions by social insurance, including statements and information regarding a reduction in earning capacity.

The data contained in the IGDP is listed in annex 3.

Das IPDM kann folgende Kategorien besonders schützenswerter Personendaten enthalten: a. Angaben zur Person, ihrer Familie und ihren Angehörigen, insbesondere Personalien, Mitgliedschaften bei Arbeitnehmerorganisationen für das Inkasso des Mitgliederbeitrags, bewilligungspflichtige Nebenbeschäftigungen und öffentliche Ämter; b. Daten über die Gesundheit in Bezug auf das Arbeitsverhältnis, insbesondere Absenzen infolge von Krankheit und Unfall; c. Angaben zu Leistungen, Kompetenzen und Potenzial, insbesondere zur Beurteilungsstufe und zu den Sprachkompetenzen; d. Angaben aus Verfahrensakten und Entscheiden von Behörden, insbesondere Lohnpfändungen, Familienzulagen, Lohnforderungen, Abgangsentschädigungen; e. Angaben aus Entscheiden der Sozialversicherungen, insbesondere Abrechnungen und Angaben zu einer verminderten Erwerbsfähigkeit.

Il SIGDP può contenere le seguenti categorie di dati personali degni di particolare protezione: a. indicazioni relative alla persona, alla sua famiglia e ai suoi congiunti, in particolare i dati personali, dati sull’affiliazione a organizzazioni di lavoratori per la riscossione delle quote sociali, sulle occupazioni accessorie soggette all’obbligo di autorizzazione e sulle cariche pubbliche; b. dati sullo stato di salute per quanto attiene al rapporto di lavoro, in particolare dati sulle assenze a seguito di malattia o infortunio; c. indicazioni sulle prestazioni, le competenze e il potenziale, in particolare sul livello di valutazione e le competenze linguistiche; d. indicazioni derivanti da atti procedurali e decisioni delle autorità, in particolare riguardanti pignoramenti del salario, assegni familiari, crediti salariali, indennità di partenza; e. indicazioni derivanti da decisioni delle assicurazioni sociali, in particolare riguardanti conteggi e una ridotta capacità di guadagno;
