If the allocated funds are insufficient to accommodate all requests submitted by a reference date, projects are considered in the following order: a. projects leading to the creation of a new installation or significant expansion, with priority given to those with the likely lowest remuneration rate; b. projects leading to substantial renovations, with priority given to those with the likely lowest remuneration rate.

Only requests that can be fully funded by the allocated means are considered.

If funds guaranteed for a project are not used, they are utilized until the next reference date to consider other projects according to the order established in para. 1.

Reichen die zugeteilten Mittel nicht aus, um alle bis zu einem Stichtag eingereichten Gesuche zu berücksichtigen, so werden die Projekte in folgender Reihenfolge berücksichtigt: a. Projekte zur Realisierung einer Neuanlage oder einer erheblichen Erweiterung; dabei werden diejenigen Projekte zuerst berücksichtigt, die voraussichtlich den tiefsten Vergütungssatz erhalten; b. Projekte zur Realisierung von erheblichen Erneuerungen; dabei werden diejenigen Projekte zuerst berücksichtigt, die voraussichtlich den tiefsten Vergütungssatz erhalten.

Berücksichtigt werden nur diejenigen Gesuche, die vollständig aus den zugeteilten Mitteln finanziert werden können.

Werden Mittel, die für ein Projekt zugesichert wurden, nicht verwendet, so werden sie bis zum nächsten Stichtag für die Berücksichtigung weiterer Projekte in der Reihenfolge nach Absatz 1 eingesetzt.

Si les moyens attribués ne suffisent pas pour prendre en compte toutes les demandes déposées jusqu’à une date de référence, les projets sont pris en compte dans l’ordre suivant: a. les projets menant à la réalisation d’une nouvelle installation ou d’un agrandissement notable, ceux qui présentent le taux de rétribution probablement le plus bas étant choisis prioritairement; b. les projets menant à la réalisation de rénovations notables, ceux qui présentent le taux de rétribution probablement le plus bas étant choisis prioritairement.

Sont prises en compte uniquement les demandes qui peuvent être financées intégralement par les moyens attribués.

Si des moyens qui étaient garantis pour un projet ne sont pas utilisés, ils servent jusqu’à la prochaine date de référence à la prise en compte d’autres projets dans l’ordre établi à l’al. 1.

Se le risorse attribuite non sono sufficienti per prendere in considerazione tutte le domande presentate entro un giorno di riferimento, i progetti vengono presi in considerazione nell’ordine seguente: a. progetti per la realizzazione di un impianto nuovo o di un ampliamento considerevole; vengono dapprima presi in considerazione i progetti che presumibilmente riceveranno il tasso di rimunerazione più basso; b. progetti per la realizzazione di rinnovamenti considerevoli; vengono dapprima presi in considerazione i progetti che presumibilmente riceveranno il tasso di rimunerazione più basso.

Vengono prese in considerazione soltanto le domande che possono essere finanziate integralmente con le risorse attribuite.

Le risorse inutilizzate accordate per un progetto vengono impiegate fino al giorno di riferimento successivo per la presa in considerazione di ulteriori progetti secondo l’ordine sancito nel capoverso 1.
