Art. 30 Federal Act of 22 June 2007 on the Privileges, Immunities and Facilities and the Financial Subsidies granted by Switzerland as a Host State (HSA) - Information - English

The Department may provide information to anybody demonstrating a particular interest in: a. the nature and extent of the privileges, immunities and facilities accorded, and the beneficiaries thereof; b. the financial subsidies and other support measures accorded and the beneficiaries thereof.

Das Departement kann Personen, die ein besonderes Interesse nachweisen, Auskunft erteilen über: a. die gewährten Vorrechte, Immunitäten und Erleichterungen, ihren Umfang und die Begünstigten; b. die gewährten finanziellen Beiträge und anderen Unterstützungsmassnahmen sowie über die Begünstigten.

Le département peut fournir à toute personne justifiant d’un intérêt particulier des informations: a. sur les privilèges, les immunités et les facilités accordés, leurs bénéficiaires et leur étendue; b. sur les aides financières et les autres mesures de soutien accordées, ainsi que sur leurs bénéficiaires.
