The Confederation may implement the following measures: a. national or interregional information and awareness campaigns and programs; b. scientific projects in Switzerland.

It may enlist private or public law organizations to implement or support its measures.

It collaborates with the cantons and other significant public or private entities. It consults the cantons in advance when their interests are concerned.

Der Bund kann folgende Massnahmen durchführen: a. gesamtschweizerische oder überregionale Informations- und Sensibilisierungskampagnen und -programme; b. wissenschaftliche Projekte in der Schweiz.

Er kann zur Durchführung oder Unterstützung seiner Massnahmen Organisationen des privaten oder öffentlichen Rechts beiziehen.

Er arbeitet mit den Kantonen und anderen wichtigen öffentlichen und privaten Akteuren zusammen. Er konsultiert die Kantone vorgängig, wenn deren Interessen betroffen sind.

La Confédération peut mettre en œuvre les mesures suivantes: a. des programmes et des campagnes d’information et de sensibilisation nationaux ou interrégionaux; b. des projets scientifiques en Suisse.

Elle peut faire appel à des organisations de droit privé ou public pour mettre en œuvre ou soutenir ses mesures.

Elle collabore avec les cantons et d’autres acteurs publics ou privés importants. Elle consulte préalablement les cantons lorsque leurs intérêts sont concernés.

La Confederazione può attuare le misure seguenti: a. campagne e programmi di informazione e di sensibilizzazione nazionali o sovraregionali; b. progetti scientifici in Svizzera.

Per attuare o sostenere le sue misure, la Confederazione può fare capo a organizzazioni di diritto privato o pubblico.

La Confederazione collabora con i Cantoni e altri importanti attori pubblici o privati. Consulta preventivamente i Cantoni se i loro interessi sono toccati.
