The Swiss indication of source for a cosmetic product is considered to be correct if: a. at least 60 per cent of the manufacturing costs are incurred in Switzerland; b. at least 80 per cent of the research, development and production costs are incurred in Switzerland; and c. the following activities take place in Switzerland or at the location specified in Switzerland: 1. the manufacture of the bulk product, 2. filling the primary packaging with the cosmetic product or combining the bulk product and the applicator to make a ready-to-use cosmetic product, and 3. the quality controls and certifications which are required by law or uniformly regulated in the economic sector.

Die schweizerische Herkunftsangabe für ein kosmetisches Mittel ist zutreffend, wenn: a. mindestens 60 Prozent der Herstellungskosten in der Schweiz anfallen; b. mindestens 80 Prozent der Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Fertigungskosten in der Schweiz anfallen; und c. die folgenden Tätigkeiten in der Schweiz oder am angegebenen Ort in der Schweiz vorgenommen werden: 1. die Herstellung des Bulks, 2. das Abfüllen des kosmetischen Mittels in die Primärverpackung oder das Zusammensetzen des Bulks und der Applikationsvorrichtung zu einem gebrauchsfertigen kosmetischen Mittel, und 3. die rechtlich vorgeschriebenen oder branchenweit einheitlich geregelten Qualitätskontrollen und Zertifizierungen.

Un produit cosmétique peut porter une indication de provenance suisse lorsque: a. 60 % au moins du coût de revient sont générés en Suisse; b. 80 % au moins des coûts de recherche et développement et des coûts de fabrication sont générés en Suisse; et c. les activités suivantes ont été effectuées en Suisse ou au lieu indiqué en Suisse: 1. la fabrication du vrac, 2. le conditionnement du produit cosmétique dans l’emballage primaire, ou l’assemblage du vrac et du dispositif d’application en un produit cosmétique fini, et 3. les contrôles de qualité et les certifications prescrits par la loi ou réglés de manière uniforme à l’échelle de la branche.

Un prodotto cosmetico è considerato di provenienza svizzera, se: a. almeno il 60 per cento dei costi di produzione è realizzato in Svizzera; b. almeno l’80 per cento dei costi di ricerca, sviluppo e fabbricazione è realizzato in Svizzera; e c. le attività seguenti si svolgono in Svizzera o nel luogo indicato in Svizzera: 1. la produzione dello sfuso, 2. il riempimento dell’imballaggio primario con il prodotto cosmetico o l’assemblaggio dello sfuso con l’applicatore in un prodotto cosmetico pronto per l’uso, e 3. i controlli di qualità e le certificazioni prescritti per legge o disciplinati in modo uniforme all’interno di un settore.
