The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER) shall submit SFUVET's strategic objectives drafted by the Federal Council to the following national umbrella organisations for consultation: the Swiss Union of Crafts and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SGV), the Swiss Employers' Association (SAV), the Swiss Trade Union Confederation (SGB) and Travail Suisse.
