The educational institution must report to the competent compensation fund, according to Art. 118, para. 3, the name, date of birth, address, marital status, OASI number, and nationality of students who reached the age of 20 during the previous calendar year.

The educational institution collects the data mentioned in para. 1 from the students and transmits it to the compensation fund, attaching, if applicable, documents proving that the student has engaged in gainful employment. The institution informs the students of the transmission of the information obtained.

If the course of study lasts less than one year, the notification must be made no later than two months after the start of the course. When the course extends over several years, the notification occurs once per year but no later than the end of the corresponding calendar year.

If the student must engage in gainful employment to attend the institution, there is no obligation to report.

Die Lehranstalt meldet der nach Artikel 118 Absatz 3 zuständigen Ausgleichskasse Namen, Geburtsdatum, Adresse, Zivilstand, AHV-Nummer {note: Ausdruck gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 17. Nov. 2021, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2022 ( AS 2021 800). Diese Änd. wurde im ganzen Erlass berücksichtigt.} und Nationalität der Studierenden, welche im vorangehenden Kalenderjahr das 20. Altersjahr vollendet haben.

Die Lehranstalt holt die in Absatz 1 genannten Daten bei den Studierenden ein und übermittelt sie zusammen mit allfälligen Dokumenten, die die Erwerbstätigkeit der Studierenden belegen, der Ausgleichskasse. Die Lehranstalt setzt die Studierenden über die Weiterleitung der erhaltenen Angaben in Kenntnis.

Dauert die Ausbildung weniger als ein Jahr, so hat die Meldung spätestens zwei Monate nach Ausbildungsbeginn zu erfolgen. Bei mehrjähriger Ausbildungsdauer erfolgt die Meldung einmal pro Jahr und zwar bis spätestens Ende des betreffenden Kalenderjahres.

Setzt der Eintritt in die Lehranstalt eine Erwerbstätigkeit der Studierenden voraus, so entfällt die Meldepflicht.

L’établissement d’enseignement recherche les données mentionnées à l’al. 1 auprès des étudiants et les transmet à la caisse de compensation, en joignant le cas échéant les documents attestant que l’étudiant a exercé une activité lucrative. L’établissement informe les étudiants de la transmission des informations obtenues.

Si la formation dure moins d’une année, l’annonce doit s’effectuer au plus tard deux mois après le début de la formation. Lorsque la formation s’étend sur plusieurs années, l’annonce a lieu une fois par année mais au plus tard à la fin de l’année civile correspondante.

Lorsque l’étudiant doit exercer une activité lucrative pour fréquenter l’établissement, il n’y a pas d’obligation d’annoncer.

L’istituto scolastico notifica alla cassa di compensazione competente, secondo l’articolo 118 capoverso 3, il nome, la data di nascita, l’indirizzo, lo stato civile, il numero di assicurato e la cittadinanza degli studenti che hanno compiuto 20 anni nel corso dell’anno civile precedente.

L’istituto scolastico ricerca i dati menzionati nel capoverso 1 presso gli studenti e li trasmette alla cassa di compensazione allegando eventualmente documenti attestanti che lo studente ha esercitato un’attività lucrativa. L’istituto informa gli studenti della trasmissione delle informazioni ottenute.

Se la formazione dura meno di un anno, la notifica deve essere effettuata al più tardi due mesi dopo l’inizio della formazione. Quando la formazione si estende su parecchi anni, la notifica è effettuata una volta all’anno, ma al più tardi al termine dell’anno civile corrispondente.

Se per frequentare l’istituto è necessario che lo studente debba esercitare un’attività lucrativa, l’obbligo di notifica decade.
