Notwithstanding Art. 27, para. 3, it is permissible to use fishmeal as a component of feed for non-ruminants and as milk replacers for calves, provided that: a. they have been produced in accordance with Annex 5, sec. 30, and compliance with the microbiological standards referred to in Annex 5, sec. 38, is established; b. at all stages, from production to use in animal feed, they have been collected, stored, processed, and transported as a component of feed for non-ruminants in equipment, factories, or facilities not used for feed intended for ruminants; c. at all stages, from production to use in animal feed, they have been collected, stored, processed, and transported as a component of milk replacer feed for calves in equipment, factories, or facilities not used for feed intended for older cattle or animals of other species; d. the feed manufacturing establishment has been reported to the Agroscope service responsible for the official control of animal feed; e. the manufacturing establishment keeps a record of the fishmeal used, and f. animal feed, except for milk replacer feed for calves, is stored and fed only in breeding units that do not hold ruminants.

Abweichend von Artikel 27 Absatz 3 darf Fischmehl als Bestandteil von Futtermitteln für Nichtwiederkäuer und von pulverförmigen Milchaustauschfuttermitteln für Kälber verwendet werden, wenn: a. es nach Anhang 5 Ziffer 30 hergestellt und die Einhaltung der mikrobiologischen Normen nach Anhang 5 Ziffer 38 nachgewiesen wird; b. es als Bestandteil von Futtermitteln für Nichtwiederkäuer auf allen Stufen von der Gewinnung bis zum Zeitpunkt der Verfütterung in Einrichtungen und Anlagen, die nicht für Futtermittel von Wiederkäuern benutzt werden, gesammelt, gelagert, verarbeitet und transportiert wird; c. es als Bestandteil von pulverförmigen Milchaustauschfuttermitteln für Kälber auf allen Stufen von der Gewinnung bis zum Zeitpunkt der Verfütterung in Einrichtungen und Anlagen, die nicht für Futtermittel von älteren Rindern und anderen Tierarten benutzt werden, gesammelt, gelagert, verarbeitet und transportiert wird; d. der Herstellerbetrieb des Futtermittels der amtlichen Futtermittelkontrolle von Agroscope gemeldet ist; e. der Herstellerbetrieb über die Verwendung des Fischmehls Buch führt; und f. die Futtermittel, mit Ausnahme der pulverförmigen Milchaustauschfuttermitteln für Kälber, nur in Tierhaltungen gelagert und verfüttert werden, in denen keine Wiederkäuer gehalten werden.

En dérogation à l’art. 27, al. 3, il est permis d’utiliser des farines de poisson comme composant d’aliments pour des non-ruminants et comme succédanés du lait en poudre pour les veaux, à condition: a. qu’elles aient été fabriquées conformément à l’annexe 5, ch. 30, et que le respect des normes microbiologiques visées à l’annexe 5, ch. 38, soit établi; b. qu’à tous les stades, depuis la production jusqu’à l’utilisation dans l’alimentation animale, elles aient été collectées, entreposées, transformées et transportées en tant que composant d’aliments pour des non-ruminants dans des équipements, des usines ou installations non utilisés pour les aliments destinés aux ruminants; c. qu’à tous les stades, depuis la production jusqu’à l’utilisation dans l’alimentation animale, elles aient été collectées, entreposées, transformées et transportées en tant que composant d’aliments succédanés du lait en poudre pour les veaux dans des équipements, des usines ou des installations non utilisés pour les aliments destinés à des bovins plus âgés ou à des animaux d’autres espèces; d. que l’établissement de fabrication des aliments ait été annoncé au service d’Agroscope chargé du contrôle officiel des aliments pour animaux; e. que l’établissement de fabrication tienne un registre des farines de poisson utilisées, et f. que les aliments pour animaux, à l’exception des aliments succédanés du lait en poudre pour les veaux, soient entreposés et affourragés uniquement dans des unités d’élevage qui ne détiennent pas de ruminants.

In deroga all’articolo 27 capoverso 3, la farina di pesce può entrare nella composizione di alimenti per non ruminanti e di prodotti in polvere sostitutivi del latte per vitelli, se: a. è prodotta secondo l’allegato 5 numero 30 ed è dimostrato l’adempimento delle norme microbiologiche di cui all’allegato 5 numero 38; b. quale costituente di alimenti per non ruminanti a ogni livello della filiera (dalla produzione fino al momento della somministrazione) è raccolta, immagazzinata, trasformata e trasportata in installazioni e impianti non utilizzati per produrre alimenti per ruminanti; c. quale costituente di prodotti in polvere sostitutivi del latte per vitelli a ogni livello della filiera (dalla produzione fino al momento della somministrazione) è raccolta, immagazzinata, trasformata e trasportata in installazioni e impianti non utilizzati per produrre alimenti per bovini adulti e altre specie animali; d. lo stabilimento di produzione di alimenti per animali è notificato al controllo ufficiale degli alimenti per animali Agroscope; e. lo stabilimento di produzione tiene un registro sull’utilizzo della farina di pesce; e f. con deroga per i prodotti in polvere sostitutivi del latte per vitelli, gli alimenti per animali sono immagazzinati e somministrati soltanto in aziende in cui non sono tenuti ruminanti.
