A certificate of registration is issued to the owner of the ship. It exactly reproduces the content of the registry, except for the restrictions on the right to alienate.

The entries of real rights and the annotations of personal rights are made in the registry only with the simultaneous correction of the certificate. Similarly, the cancellation of the page concerning the ship is noted in the certificate.

In the event of the alienation of the ship, the office destroys the certificate and issues a new one to the purchaser.

Dem Eigentümer des Schiffes wird ein Schiffsbrief ausgestellt; dieser enthält eine genaue Wiedergabe des Registerinhaltes, die Verfügungsbeschränkungen ausgenommen.

Eintragungen dinglicher und Vormerkungen persönlicher Rechte in das Schiffsregister dürfen nur unter gleichzeitiger Berichtigung des Schiffsbriefes vorgenommen werden. Ebenso ist die Streichung des Schiffes auf dem Schiffsbriefe zu vermerken.

Im Falle der Veräusserung des Schiffes hat das Schiffsregisteramt den Schiffsbrief des Veräusserers zu vernichten und dem Erwerber einen neuen Schiffsbrief auszustellen.

Un certificat d’immatriculation est délivré au propriétaire du bateau. Il reproduit exactement le contenu du registre, sauf les restrictions du droit d’aliéner.

Les inscriptions de droits réels et les annotations de droits personnels ne sont faites dans le registre que moyennant rectification simultanée du certificat. De même, la cancellation du feuillet concernant le bateau fait l’objet d’une remarque dans le certificat.

En cas d’aliénation du bateau, l’office détruit le certificat et en délivre un nouveau à l’acquéreur.

Al proprietario della nave è rilasciato un certificato d’intavolazione che riproduce esattamente il contenuto del registro, eccettuate le restrizioni della facoltà di disporre.

Non possono essere iscritti diritti reali né annotati diritti personali nel registro se non si provvede in pari tempo a rettificare il certificato d’intavolazione. In quest’ultimo si dovrà pure menzionare la radiazione della nave dal registro.

In caso d’alienazione della nave, l’ufficio del registro deve annullare il certificato d’intavolazione dell’alienante e rilasciare un nuovo certificato d’intavolazione al compratore.
