The manufacture of Schedule 3 chemicals must be declared annually to the Spiez Laboratory if more than 30 tons were manufactured at a plant site during the past calendar year or, according to projections, will be in the upcoming calendar year.

Declarations must be made within the following deadlines: a. no later than 45 days after the start of the year: activities carried out during the previous calendar year; b. no later than 105 days before the end of the year: activities planned for the upcoming calendar year.

Declarations must contain the following information: a. a description of the plant site, its exact location, including its address, and the designation of the company managing it; b. a list of all plants within the site in which more than 30 tons of a Schedule 3 chemical have been or are projected to be manufactured, along with their exact locations, the designation of the companies managing them, and their main activities; c. the exact designation of the chemicals, including the approximate quantities manufactured and the purposes for which the chemicals were or will be manufactured.

If, after the submission of the declaration referred to in para. 2, letter b, an additional activity is planned, it must be declared no later than ten days before it starts.

Die Herstellung von Chemikalien der Liste 3 ist dem Labor Spiez jährlich zu melden, sofern davon im abgelaufenen Kalenderjahr in einem Werk mehr als 30 t hergestellt wurden oder im folgenden Kalenderjahr voraussichtlich hergestellt werden.

Innert folgender Fristen sind zu melden: a. bis 45 Tage nach Jahresende: die Tätigkeiten im abgelaufenen Kalenderjahr; b. bis 105 Tage vor Jahresbeginn: die voraussichtlichen Tätigkeiten im folgenden Kalenderjahr. {note: Fassung gemäss Ziff. Die Meldungen müssen folgende Angaben enthalten: a. die Beschreibung des Werks, den genauen Standort mit Adresse und die Bezeichnung der Firma, die es betreibt; b. die Nennung aller Betriebe innerhalb des Werks, in denen mehr als 30 t einer Chemikalie der Liste 3 hergestellt wurden oder voraussichtlich hergestellt werden, mit Bezeichnung der genauen Standorte, der Firmen, die sie betreiben und ihrer hauptsächlichen Tätigkeiten; c. die genaue Bezeichnung der Chemikalien mit Angabe der ungefähren Herstellungsmengen und der Verwendungszwecke.

Wird nach Abgabe der Meldung nach Absatz 2 Buchstabe b eine zusätzliche Tätigkeit geplant, so ist diese spätestens zehn Tage vor der Aufnahme der Tätigkeit zu melden.

La fabrication de produits chimiques du tableau 3 doit être déclarée chaque année au Laboratoire Spiez si plus de 30 t ont été fabriquées sur un site d’usines pendant l’année civile écoulée ou, selon les prévisions, le seront au cours de l’année civile suivante.

Doivent être déclarées dans les délais suivants: a. au plus tard 45 jours après le début de l’année: les activités pratiquées pendant l’année civile écoulée; b. au plus tard 105 jours avant la fin de l’année: les activités prévues pendant l’année civile suivante. {note: Nouvelle teneur selon le ch. Les déclarations doivent contenir les indications suivantes: a. la description du site d’usines, son emplacement exact, y compris son adresse, et la désignation de l’entreprise qui le gère; b. l’énumération de toutes les usines à l’intérieur du site dans lesquelles plus de 30 t d’un produit chimique du tableau 3 ont été fabriquées ou le seront selon les prévisions, ainsi que leurs emplacements exacts, la désignation des entreprises qui les gèrent et leurs activités principales; c. la désignation exacte des produits chimiques, ainsi que l’indication des quantités approximatives fabriquées et des fins auxquelles les produits chimiques ont été ou seront fabriqués.

Si, après la présentation de la déclaration visée l’al. 2, let. b, une activité supplémentaire est prévue, elle doit être déclarée dix jours au plus tard avant qu’elle ne commence.

La produzione di composti chimici della tabella 3 va dichiarata al Laboratorio Spiez ogni anno se nell’anno civile precedente in un sito d’impianti ne sono state prodotte più di 30 t, o se ciò è previsto per l’anno civile successivo.

Le dichiarazioni devono contenere le indicazioni seguenti: a. una descrizione del sito d’impianti, la sua esatta ubicazione con l’indirizzo e la denominazione della ditta che lo gestisce; b. l’indicazione di tutti gli impianti all’interno del sito d’impianti in cui sono state prodotte o si prevede di produrre più di 30 t di un composto chimico della tabella 3, con le esatte ubicazioni e la denominazione delle ditte che li gestiscono, nonché l’indicazione delle loro attività principali; c. l’esatta denominazione dei composti chimici, con l’indicazione approssimativa dei quantitativi di produzione e degli usi previsti.

Se dopo l’inoltro della dichiarazione ai sensi del capoverso 2 lettera b si pianifica un’attività supplementare, quest’ultima va dichiarata almeno dieci giorni prima del suo inizio.
