The Secretariat gives notice of the opening of an investigation by way of official publication.

The notice states the purpose of and the parties to the investigation. It further contains an invitation to third parties to come forward within 30 days if they wish to participate in the investigation.

Failure to give notice does not prevent any investigative measures.

Das Sekretariat gibt die Eröffnung einer Untersuchung durch amtliche Publikation bekannt.

Die Bekanntmachung nennt den Gegenstand und die Adressaten der Untersuchung. Sie enthält zudem den Hinweis, dass Dritte sich innert 30 Tagen melden können, falls sie sich an der Untersuchung beteiligen wollen.

Die fehlende Publikation hindert Untersuchungshandlungen nicht.

Cette communication mentionne l’objet et les parties concernées par l’enquête. Elle contient en outre un avis invitant les tiers concernés à s’annoncer dans un délai de 30 jours s’ils désirent participer à l’enquête.

L’absence de publication ne fait pas obstacle à la poursuite de l’enquête.

La comunicazione menziona l’oggetto e le persone inquisite e indica inoltre che i terzi devono annunciare entro 30 giorni se intendono partecipare all’inchiesta.

L’omissione della pubblicazione non impedisce gli atti d’inchiesta.
