Professors required to perform military service, civil defense, and civil service are entitled to their full salary for the duration of their absence.

In the case of voluntary service, the salary is paid for a maximum of ten working days per year.

Compensation for loss of earnings as provided by law is paid to the ETH.

Maintenance allowances are paid without reduction.

Bei Arbeitsaussetzung wegen obligatorischen schweizerischen Militär- und Zivilschutzdienstes und während der Dauer des zivilen Ersatzdienstes haben die dienstpflichtigen Professorinnen und Professoren Anspruch auf Fortzahlung des vollen Lohnes.

Bei freiwilliger Dienstleistung erfolgt die Lohnfortzahlung während höchstens zehn Arbeitstagen pro Jahr.

Die gesetzlichen Erwerbsausfallentschädigungen gehen an die ETH.

Die Betreuungszulagen werden ungekürzt ausgerichtet.

Les professeurs astreints au service militaire, à la protection civile et au service civil ont droit à l’intégralité de leur salaire pendant la durée de leur absence.

En cas de service volontaire, le salaire est versé au maximum pendant dix jours ouvrables par année.

Les allocations pour perte de gain prévues par la loi sont versées à l’EPF.

Les allocations d’entretien sont versées sans réduction.

In caso di congedo per servizio militare e per servizio di protezione civile obbligatori in Svizzera e per la durata del servizio civile sostitutivo, i professori che prestano servizio hanno diritto all’intero stipendio.

In caso di servizio volontario, il salario viene versato al massimo per dieci giorni lavorativi all’anno.

Le indennità per perdita di guadagno previste dalla legge spettano al PF.

Gli assegni di custodia sono versati senza riduzioni.
