The department shall forward the request to the concerned cantons and invite them to express their opinion within three months. If the situation warrants it, this period may be exceptionally extended.

The request must be published in the official organs of the concerned cantons and municipalities and made subject to inquiry for 30 days.

Das Departement übermittelt das Gesuch den betroffenen Kantonen und fordert sie auf, innerhalb von drei Monaten dazu Stellung zu nehmen. Es kann die Frist in begründeten Fällen ausnahmsweise verlängern.

Das Gesuch ist in den amtlichen Publikationsorganen der betroffenen Kantone und Gemeinden zu publizieren und während 30 Tagen öffentlich aufzulegen.

Il Dipartimento trasmette la domanda ai Cantoni interessati, invitandoli a esprimere il loro parere entro tre mesi. In casi motivati tale termine può eccezionalmente essere prorogato.

La domanda deve essere pubblicata negli organi ufficiali di pubblicazione dei Cantoni e dei Comuni interessati e depositata pubblicamente durante 30 giorni.
