Art. 27a Ordinance of 25 November 2015 on Telecommunications Installations (FAV) - Demonstration, testing and repairs - English

Any person wishing to install or operate for demonstration, testing and repair purposes radio equipment that is intended to be operated by authorities to safeguard public security requires authorisation from OFCOM in accordance with Article 59 a RFSO {note: SR 784.102.1} .

Wer eine Funkanlage, die dazu bestimmt ist, zur Wahrung der öffentlichen Sicherheit von Behörden betrieben zu werden, zu Vorführungs-, Test- und Reparaturzwecken erstellen und betreiben will, benötigt eine Bewilligung des BAKOM nach Artikel 59 a VNF {note: SR 784.102.1} .
