Keine Bewilligung ist erforderlich für das Inverkehrbringen von: a. pflanzlichem Vermehrungsmaterial nach Artikel 14 a der Saatgut-Verordnung vom 7. Dezember 1998 {note: SR 916.151} ; b. N’est pas soumise à autorisation, la mise en circulation: a. de matériel végétal de multiplication au sens de l’art. 14 a de l’ordonnance du 7 décembre 1998 sur les semences {note: RS 916.151} ; b. d’aliments pour animaux au sens de l’art. 21 b de l’ordonnance du 26 mai 1999 sur les aliments pour animaux {note: [ RO 1999 1780 2748 annexe 5 ch. 6, 2001 3294 ch. II 14, 2002 4065, 2003 4927, 2005 973 2695 ch. II 19, 5555, 2007 4477 ch. IV 70, 2008 3655 4377 annexe 5 ch. 14, 2009 2599, 2011 2405. RO 2011 5409 art. 77]. Non necessita di un’autorizzazione la messa in commercio di: a. materiale vegetale di moltiplicazione secondo l’articolo 14 a dell’ordinanza del 7 dicembre 1998 {note: RS 916.151} sulle sementi; b. alimenti per animali secondo l’articolo 21 b dell’ordinanza del 26 maggio 1999 {note: [ RU 1999 1780, 2748 all. 5 n. 6; 2001 3294 II 14; 2002 4065; 2003 4927; 2005 973, 2695 II 19, 5555; 2007 4477 IV 70; 2008 3655, 4377 all. 5 n. 14; 2009 2599; 2011 2405.
