The emergency regulations in accordance with Article 13 paragraph 1 letter b must contain at least the following documents: a. maps showing the areas that may be flooded in the event of the failure of the dam or auxiliary installations (flood zones) and information on the time to flooding and the extent of flooding; b. a dossier on operational procedures in the event of an emergency (operational procedures dossier).

The supervisory authority shall send a copy of the documents to the cantons concerned and to the Federal Office for Civil Protection (FOCP).

Das Notfallreglement gemäss Artikel 13 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b muss mindestens die folgenden Unterlagen enthalten: a. Karten mit denjenigen Gebieten, die durch ein Versagen des Absperrbauwerks oder der Nebenanlagen überflutet werden können (Überflutungsflächen) sowie Angaben zur Zeit bis zur Überflutung und zum Ausmass der Überflutung; b. ein Dossier für den Einsatz im Notfall (Einsatzdossier).

Die Aufsichtsbehörde übermittelt eine Kopie der Unterlagen an die betroffenen Kantone und an das Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz (BABS).

Le règlement en cas d’urgence visé à l’art. 13, al. 1, let. b, comprend au moins les documents suivants: a. des cartes indiquant les zones qui peuvent être inondées en cas de défaillance d’un ouvrage de retenue ou des installations annexes (territoires submersibles) ainsi que des informations sur le temps écoulé jusqu’à l’inondation et sur l’étendue de l’inondation; b. un dossier concernant l’engagement en cas d’urgence (dossier d’engagement).

L’autorité de surveillance transmet une copie des documents aux cantons concernés et à l’Office fédéral de la protection de la population (OFPP).

Il regolamento d’emergenza ai sensi dell’articolo 13 capoverso 1 lettera b include almeno i seguenti documenti: a. mappe del territorio che, in caso di cedimento dell’opera di sbarramento o delle opere ausiliarie, potrebbe essere sommerso (superfici inondabili) nonché informazioni sul tempo che intercorrerebbe prima dell’inondazione e sull’entità dell’inondazione; b. un dossier per l’intervento in caso d’emergenza (dossier d’intervento).

L’autorità di vigilanza trasmette una copia dei documenti ai Cantoni interessati e all’Ufficio federale della protezione della popolazione (UFPP).
