Any person who forges or falsifies official stamps, and in particular postage stamps, revenue stamps or fee stamps, in order to pass these off as genuine or non-falsified,any person who gives cancelled official value stamps the appearance of being valid in order to pass them off as such,shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding five years or to a monetary penalty.The offender is also liable to the foregoing penalties if he committed the act abroad, has been arrested in Switzerland and is not being extradited, provided the act is also an offence at the place of commission.

Wer amtliche Wertzeichen, namentlich Postmarken, Stempel- oder Gebührenmarken, fälscht oder verfälscht, um sie als echt oder unverfälscht zu verwenden,wer entwerteten amtlichen Wertzeichen den Schein gültiger gibt, um sie als solche zu verwenden,wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.Der Täter ist auch strafbar, wenn er die Tat im Ausland begangen hat, in der Schweiz verhaftet und nicht ausgeliefert wird, und wenn die Tat auch am Begehungsort strafbar ist.

Wer falsche, verfälschte oder entwertete amtliche Wertzeichen als echt, unverfälscht oder gültig verwendet, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder Geldstrafe bestraft.

Quiconque, dans le dessein de les employer comme authentiques ou intacts, contrefait ou falsifie des timbres officiels de valeur, notamment des timbres-poste, des estampilles ou des timbres-quittances,quiconque donne à des timbres officiels de valeur oblitérés l’apparence de timbres encore valables, pour les employer comme tels,est puni d’une peine privative de liberté de cinq ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.L’auteur est aussi punissable lorsqu’il a commis le délit à l’étranger, s’il est arrêté en Suisse et n’est pas extradé à l’étranger, et si l’acte est réprimé dans l’État où il a été commis.

Quiconque emploie comme authentiques, intacts ou encore valables des timbres officiels de valeur faux, falsifiés ou oblitérés, est puni d’une peine privative de liberté de cinq ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.

Chiunque, al fine di usarli come genuini od inalterati, contraffà o altera valori di bollo ufficiali, in ispecie francobolli o marche da bollo o da tassa,chiunque a valori di bollo ufficiali annullati dà l’apparenza di bolli ancora validi per usarli come tali,è punito con una pena detentiva sino a cinque anni o con una pena pe-cuniaria.Il colpevole è punibile anche quando ha commesso il reato all’estero, se è stato arrestato nella Svizzera e non è estradato all’estero e se l’atto è punito nello Stato in cui fu compiuto.

Chiunque usa come genuini, inalterati o validi valori di bollo uffi-ciali contraffatti, alterati od annullati, è punito con una pena detentiva sino a cinque anni o con una pena pecuniaria.
