Art. 23k Ordinance of the EAER of 26 October 2011 on the Production and Circulation of Animal Feed, Feed Additives, and Dietary Products for Animals (OLALA) - Transitional Provisions Relating to the Amendment of 25 April 2022 - English

Feed additives and premixes containing them that have been removed from the list of additives in Annex 2 by the amendment of 25 April 2022 may continue to be circulated and used for six months from the effective date of the amendment of 25 April 2022.

Compound feed for livestock labeled according to the previous law may continue to be circulated for one year from the effective date of the amendment of 25 April 2022.

Compound feed for pet animals labeled according to the previous law may continue to be circulated for two years from the effective date of the amendment of 25 April 2022.

Futtermittelzusatzstoffe, die mit der Änderung vom 25. April 2022 aus der Liste der zugelassenen Futtermittelzusatzstoffe nach Anhang 2 gestrichen werden, und Vormischungen, die solche enthalten, dürfen ab dem Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 25. April 2022 noch während sechs Monaten in Verkehr gebracht und verwendet werden.

Mischfuttermittel für Nutztiere, die nach bisherigem Recht gekennzeichnet sind, dürfen ab dem Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 25. April 2022 noch während einem Jahr in Verkehr gebracht werden.

Mischfuttermittel für Heimtiere, die nach bisherigem Recht gekennzeichnet sind, dürfen ab dem Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 25. April 2022 noch während zwei Jahren in Verkehr gebracht werden.

Les additifs pour l’alimentation animale et les prémélanges en contenant qui ont été retirés de la liste des additifs figurant à l’annexe 2 par la modification du 25 avril 2022 peuvent encore être mis en circulation et utilisés pendant six mois à compter de l’entrée en vigueur de la modification du 25 avril 2022.

Les aliments composés pour animaux de rente étiquetés selon l’ancien droit peuvent encore être mis en circulation pendant un an à compter de l’entrée en vigueur de la modification du 25 avril 2022.

Les aliments composés pour animaux de compagnie étiquetés selon l’ancien droit peuvent encore être mis en circulation pendant deux ans à compter de l’entrée en vigueur de la modification du 25 avril 2022.

Gli additivi per alimenti per animali e le premiscele che ne contengono, stralciati mediante la modifica del 25 aprile 2022 dall’elenco degli additivi autorizzati per l’alimentazione animale di cui all’allegato 2, possono continuare a essere immessi sul mercato e utilizzati per sei mesi dall’entrata in vigore della modifica del 25 aprile 2022.

Gli alimenti composti per animali da reddito caratterizzati in virtù del diritto anteriore possono continuare a essere immessi sul mercato per un anno dall’entrata in vigore della modifica del 25 aprile 2022.

Gli alimenti composti per animali da compagnia caratterizzati in virtù del diritto anteriore possono continuare a essere immessi sul mercato per due anni dall’entrata in vigore della modifica del 25 aprile 2022.
