The FOEN concludes the programme agreement with the cantonal authorities responsible.
The programme agreement covers in particular: a. {note: Amended by No I of the O of 12 May 2021, in force since 1 Jan. 2025 ( AS 2021 293).} the effectiveness of the improvements; abis. {note: Inserted by No I of the O of 12 May 2021, in force since 1 Jan. 2025 ( AS 2021 293).} the soundproofing measures on existing buildings; b. the amount paid by the Confederation; c. the control procedures.
The programme agreement applies for four years; in justified cases a longer or shorter period may be agreed. {note: Amended by No I of the O of 21 Feb. 2018, in force since 1 April 2018 ( AS 2018 965).}
The FOEN issues directives on the procedure followed for programme agreements and on the information and documentation relating to the subjects of the programme agreement.

Das BAFU erlässt Richtlinien über das Vorgehen bei Programmvereinbarungen sowie über die Angaben und Unterlagen zu den Gegenständen der Programmvereinbarung.

L’OFEV édicte des directives sur la procédure à suivre dans le cadre des conventions-programmes et sur les informations et documents relatifs aux objets de celles-ci.
L’UFAM stipula un accordo programmatico con l’autorità cantonale competente.

I dell’O del 12 mag. 2021, in vigore dal 1° gen. 2025 ( RU 2021 293).} i provvedimenti d’isolamento acustico a edifici esistenti; b. i sussidi della Confederazione; c. il controlling.

L’UFAM emana direttive relative alla procedura in materia di accordi programmatici, nonché alle informazioni e ai documenti riguardanti l’oggetto dell’accordo programmatico.
