Art. 22 Noise Abatement Ordinance (NAO) - Application - English

The canton submits the application for subsidies for improvements and soundproofing measures for roads in accordance with Article 21 paragraph 1 letter b to the FOEN.

The application must in particular contain information on: a. {note: Repealed by No I of the O of 12 May 2021, with effect from 1 Jan. 2025 ( AS 2021 293).} ... b. the improvements and soundproofing measures planned and their cost; c. {note: Amended by No I of the O of 12 May 2021, in force since 1 Jan. 2025 ( AS 2021 293).} the effectiveness to be achieved by the improvements.

Art. 22 Lärmschutz-Verordnung (LSV) - Gesuch - Deutsch

Der Kanton reicht das Gesuch um Beiträge für Sanierungen und Schallschutzmassnahmen bei Strassen nach Artikel 21 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b beim BAFU ein.

Das Gesuch muss insbesondere Angaben enthalten über: a. {note: Aufgehoben durch Ziff. I der V vom 12. Mai 2021, mit Wirkung seit 1. Jan. 2025 ( AS 2021 293).} ... b. die vorgesehenen Sanierungs- und Schallschutzmassnahmen und deren Kosten; c. {note: Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 12. Mai 2021, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2025 ( AS 2021 293).} die zu erzielende Wirksamkeit der Sanierungsmassnahmen.

Art. 22 Ordonnance du 15 décembre 1986 sur la protection contre le bruit (OPB) - Demande - Français

Le canton présente la demande de subventions pour des assainissements et des mesures d’isolation acoustique appliqués aux routes visées à l’art. 21, al. 1, let. b, à l’OFEV.

La demande doit notamment contenir des indications relatives: a. {note: Abrogée par le ch. I de l’O du 12 mai 2021, avec effet au 1 er janv. 2025 ( RO 2021 293).} ... b. aux mesures d’assainissement et d’isolation acoustique prévues, ainsi qu’à leurs coûts; c. {note: Nouvelle teneur selon le ch. I de l’O du 12 mai 2021, en vigueur depuis le 1 er janv. 2025 ( RO 2021 293).} à l’efficacité visée des mesures d’assainissement.

Il Cantone presenta la domanda di sussidi per i risanamenti e i provvedimenti d’isolamento acustico relativi alle strade di cui all’articolo 21 capoverso 1 lettera b all’UFAM.

La domanda deve contenere in particolare informazioni concernenti: a. {note: Abrogata dal n. I dell’O del 12 mag. 2021, con effetto dal 1° gen. 2025 ( RU 2021 293).} ... b. i provvedimenti di risanamento e d’isolamento acustico previsti e le relative spese; c. {note: Nuovo testo giusta il n. I dell’O del 12 mag. 2021, in vigore dal 1° gen. 2025 ( RU 2021 293).} l’efficacia perseguita con i provvedimenti di risanamento.
