The FOAG may assign services to coordinate the activities of the cantons referred to in Art. 21 and to perform other tasks.

It may charge the coordination services with collecting the data provided for in Art. 49 of the Ordinance of October 26, 2011, on Agricultural Imports.

The service mandate is awarded by contract. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a service mandate.

The FOAG may pay compensation for this purpose.

It monitors the services mentioned in para. 1.

Das BLW kann andere Stellen mit der Koordination der Tätigkeit der Kantone nach Artikel 21 beauftragen und ihnen weitere Aufgaben zuteilen.

Es kann die Koordinationsstellen mit der Erhebung der Daten nach Artikel 49 der Agrareinfuhrverordnung vom 26. Oktober 2011 {note: SR 916.01} beauftragen. {note: Fassung gemäss Anhang 7 Ziff. 7 der Agrareinfuhrverordnung vom 26. Okt. 2011, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2012 ( AS 2011 5325).}

Das BLW kann dafür Entschädigungen leisten.
