The adaptation of projects during the plan approval procedure must be immediately submitted to the approval authority.

In the case of major adaptations, the approval authority orders a public inquiry. For the consultation of the concerned municipalities, cantons, and federal authorities, shorter deadlines may be set.

Minor adaptations must be indicated to the parties involved in the procedure, provided they are concerned, at the latest upon notification of the decision regarding the approval of the plans.

Projektanpassungen während des Plangenehmigungsverfahrens sind der Genehmigungsbehörde unverzüglichanzuzeigen.

Diese ordnet bei wesentlichen Anpassungen eine öffentliche Auflage an. Für die Anhörung der betroffenen Gemeinden, Kantone und Fachbehörden des Bundes können kürzere Fristen angesetzt werden.

Unwesentliche Anpassungen sind den Verfahrensbeteiligten, soweit diese davon betroffen sind, spätestens mit der Eröffnung des Plangenehmigungsentscheids anzuzeigen.

L’adaptation de projets durant la procédure d’approbation des plans doit être soumise immédiatement à l’autorité d’approbation.

En cas d’adaptations majeures, l’autorité d’approbation ordonne une mise à l’enquête publique. Pour la consultation des communes, des cantons et des autorités fédérales concernés, des délais plus courts peuvent être fixés.

Les adaptations mineures doivent être indiquées aux parties à la procédure, pour autant que celles-ci soient concernées, au plus tard lors de la notification de la décision portant sur l’approbation des plans.

Gli adattamenti del progetto durante la procedura di approvazione dei piani devono essere annunciati immediatamente all’autorità competente per l’approvazione dei piani.

In caso di adattamenti importanti, detta autorità ordina un deposito ufficiale. Per la consultazione dei Comuni, dei Cantoni e delle autorità specializzate della Confederazione interessati, possono essere stabiliti termini più brevi.

Gli adattamenti di poca entità devono essere comunicati alle parti in causa, sempreché ne siano interessate, il più tardi in occasione della notificazione della decisione di approvazione dei piani.
