The authorities and organizations subject to this Act shall ensure that access authorizations to information, IT resources, premises, or other infrastructures of the Confederation are granted only to persons who need them to perform their duties.

The authorizations shall be revoked at the end of the employment or contract or as soon as the relevant task has been completed. They may be blocked or revoked without prior notice when concrete indications suggest that security is threatened.

Die verpflichteten Behörden und Organisationen sorgen dafür, dass nur diejenigen Berechtigungen für den Zugang zu Informationen, Informatikmitteln, Räumlichkeiten und anderen Infrastrukturen des Bundes erteilt werden, welche die betreffenden Personen zur Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben benötigen.

Die Berechtigungen werden entzogen, sobald die Anstellung oder der Vertrag endet oder die Aufgabe erfüllt ist. Sie dürfen ohne Vorankündigung gesperrt oder entzogen werden, wenn konkrete Anhaltspunkte für eine Gefährdung der Sicherheit vorliegen.

Les autorités et organisations soumises à la présente loi veillent à ce que des autorisations d’accès à des informations, des moyens informatiques, des locaux ou d’autres infrastructures de la Confédération ne soient délivrées qu’aux personnes qui en ont besoin pour accomplir leurs tâches.

Les autorisations sont retirées à la fin de l’engagement ou du contrat ou dès que la tâche concernée a été exécutée. Elles peuvent être bloquées ou retirées sans préavis lorsque des indices concrets donnent à penser que la sécurité est menacée.

Le autorità e organizzazioni assoggettate provvedono affinché autorizzazioni d’accesso a informazioni, mezzi informatici, locali e altre infrastrutture della Confederazione siano rilasciate soltanto alle persone che ne hanno bisogno per l’adempimento dei loro compiti.

Le autorizzazioni sono revocate al termine del rapporto di lavoro o del contratto oppure all’adempimento del compito. Possono essere bloccate o revocate senza preavviso se sussistono indizi concreti di un pericolo per la sicurezza.
