This ordinance applies to official controls: a. conducted throughout the agri-food chain; b. of common articles.

It particularly applies to controls in the following areas: a. plant health; b. animal health; c. animal protection; d. animal feed; e. veterinary medicines; f. foodstuffs; g. common articles as defined in Art. 5 FDHA; h. designations provided for by agricultural law: 1. protected designations of agricultural products and processed agricultural products referred to in Arts. 14 to 16a and 63 AgricA, 2. designations of agricultural products protected in Switzerland under an international treaty, 3. declaration of products originating from production methods prohibited in Switzerland, provided for in Art. 18 AgricA.

The provisions of sections 3 and 4 do not apply to controls: a. of processes provided for by the Ordinance of 31 October 2018 on Plant Health; b. of processes provided for by the Ordinance of 14 November 2007 on Wine; c. of designations provided for by agricultural law: 1. protected designations referred to in Arts. 14 to 16a AgricA, 2. designations of agricultural products protected in Switzerland under an international treaty, 3. declaration of products originating from production methods prohibited in Switzerland, provided for in Art. 18 AgricA.

Die Verordnung gilt für amtliche Kontrollen: a. entlang der Lebensmittelkette; b. von Gebrauchsgegenständen.

Sie gilt insbesondere für Kontrollen in den folgenden Bereichen: a. Pflanzengesundheit; b. Tiergesundheit; c. Tierschutz; d. Futtermittel; e. Tierarzneimittel; f. Lebensmittel; g. Gebrauchsgegenstände nach Artikel 5 LMG; h. Bezeichnungen gemäss Landwirtschaftsrecht: 1. geschützte Kennzeichnungen von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen und deren Verarbeitungsprodukten nach den Artikeln 14−16 a und 63 LwG, 2. Kennzeichnungen betreffend landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse, die nach einem völkerrechtlichen Vertrag in der Schweiz geschützt sind, 3. die Deklaration von in der Schweiz verbotenen Produktionsmethoden nach Artikel 18 LwG.

Die Bestimmungen des 3. und 4. Abschnitts gelten nicht für die Kontrollen von: a. Prozessen gemäss der Pflanzengesundheitsverordnung vom 31. Oktober 2018 {note: SR 916.20} ; b. Prozessen gemäss der Weinverordnung vom 14. November 2007 {note: SR 916.140} ; c. Bezeichnungen gemäss Landwirtschaftsrecht: 1. von geschützten Kennzeichnungen nach Artikel 14−16 a LwG, 2. für Kennzeichnungen betreffend landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse, die nach einem völkerrechtlichen Vertrag in der Schweiz geschützt sind, 3. für die Deklaration von in der Schweiz verbotenen Produktionsmethoden nach Artikel 18 LwG.

La présente ordonnance s’applique aux contrôles officiels: a. effectués tout au long de la chaîne agroalimentaire; b. des objets usuels.

Elle s’applique en particulier aux contrôles dans les domaines suivants: a. la santé des plantes; b. la santé des animaux; c. la protection des animaux; d. les aliments pour animaux; e. les médicaments vétérinaires; f. les denrées alimentaires; g. les objets usuels au sens de l’art. 5 LDAl; h. les désignations prévues par le droit agricole: 1. les désignations protégées des produits agricoles et des produits agricoles transformés visées aux art. 14 à 16 a et 63 LAgr, 2. les désignations des produits agricoles protégées en Suisse en vertu d’un traité international, 3. la déclaration des produits issus de modes de production interdits en Suisse, prévue à l’art. 18 LAgr.

Les dispositions des sections 3 et 4 ne s’appliquent pas aux contrôles: a. des processus prévus par l’ordonnance du 31 octobre 2018 sur la santé des végétaux {note: RS 916.20} ; b. des processus prévus par l’ordonnance du 14 novembre 2007 sur le vin {note: RS 916.140} ; c. des désignations prévues par le droit agricole: 1. désignations protégées visées aux art. 14 à 16 a LAgr, 2. désignations des produits agricoles protégées en Suisse en vertu d’un traité international, 3. déclaration des produits issus de modes de production interdits en Suisse, prévue à l’art. 18 LAgr.

La presente ordinanza si applica ai controlli ufficiali: a. lungo la filiera agroalimentare; b. degli oggetti d’uso.

Si applica in particolare ai controlli nei seguenti ambiti: a. salute dei vegetali; b. salute degli animali; c. protezione degli animali; d. alimenti per animali; e. medicamenti veterinari; f. derrate alimentari; g. oggetti d’uso di cui all’articolo 5 LDerr; h. designazioni secondo il diritto agricolo: 1. designazioni protette dei prodotti agricoli e dei loro prodotti trasformati di cui agli articoli 14–16 a e 63 LAgr, 2. designazioni di prodotti agricoli che in Svizzera sono protette da un trattato internazionale, 3. la dichiarazione di prodotti ottenuti secondo metodi vietati in Svizzera secondo l’articolo 18 LAgr.

Le disposizioni delle sezioni 3 e 4 non si applicano ai controlli: a. sui processi previsti dall’ordinanza del 31 ottobre 2018 {note: RS 916.20} sulla salute dei vegetali; b. sui processi previsti dall’ordinanza del 14 novembre 2007 {note: RS 916.140} sul vino; c. delle designazioni secondo il diritto agricolo: 1. designazioni protette di cui agli articoli 14–16 a LAgr, 2. designazioni di prodotti agricoli che in Svizzera sono protette da un trattato internazionale, 3. la dichiarazione di prodotti ottenuti secondo metodi vietati in Svizzera secondo l’articolo 18 LAgr.
