The FOPH grants any physician authorized to prescribe narcotics for the treatment of dependent individuals the authorization to obtain, administer, and dispense diacetylmorphine within the framework of a treatment involving the prescription of this narcotic (authorization granted to physicians) if they demonstrate sufficient experience in the field of addictions.

The authorization is valid for a maximum of five years. It can be renewed upon request.

Das BAG erteilt Ärztinnen und Ärzten, die zur Verschreibung von Betäubungsmitteln zur Behandlung abhängiger Personen berechtigt sind, eine Bewilligung zum Bezug, zur Verabreichung und zur Mitgabe von Diacetylmorphin im Rahmen einer diacetylmorphingestützten Behandlung (Arztbewilligung), wenn sie über genügend Erfahrung im Suchtbereich verfügen. {note: Fassung gemäss Ziff. Die Bewilligung ist höchstens fünf Jahre gültig. Sie kann auf Gesuch hin erneuert werden.

L’OFSP octroie à tout médecin habilité à prescrire des stupéfiants destinés au traitement des personnes dépendantes l’autorisation de se procurer, d’administrer et de remettre de la diacétylmorphine dans le cadre d’un traitement avec prescription de ce stupéfiant (autorisation délivrée au médecin) s’il justifie d’une expérience suffisante dans le domaine des addictions. {note: Nouvelle teneur selon le ch. L’autorisation est valable cinq ans au plus. Elle peut être renouvelée sur demande.

L’UFSP rilascia ai medici autorizzati a prescrivere stupefacenti destinati alla cura di persone affette da dipendenza un’autorizzazione per l’acquisizione, la somministrazione e la consegna di diacetilmorfina nell’ambito di una cura basata sulla prescrizione di questa sostanza (autorizzazione del medico) se essi dispongono di sufficiente esperienza nel settore delle dipendenze. {note: Nuovo testo giusta il n. L’autorizzazione è valida al massimo cinque anni. Può essere rinnovata su richiesta.
