For the further processing of an application which was refused due to failure to observe a time limit (Art. 41 TmPA), a further processing fee must be paid.

Für die Weiterbehandlung eines wegen Fristversäumnis zurückgewiesenen Gesuchs (Art. 41 MSchG) ist eine Weiterbehandlungsgebühr zu bezahlen.

En cas de requête en poursuite de la procédure d’une demande rejetée pour inobservation d’un délai (art. 41 LPM), une taxe de poursuite de la procédure est due.

Per il proseguimento della procedura di una domanda respinta per inosservanza dei termini (art. 41 LPM) deve essere pagata una tassa {note: Nuova espr. giusta il n. I dell’O del 2 dic. 2016, in vigore dal 1° gen. 2017 ( RU 2016 4829). Di detta mod. è tenuto conto in tutto il presente testo, ad eccezione dell’art. 56 cpv. 1.} per il proseguimento della procedura.
