Articles 159 and 160 apply by analogy when a canton, having obtained authorization to maintain a computerized land register, replaces the system, completely renews it, or makes essential modifications to it (Art. 15).

The renewal of the system is considered complete when the scope of the renewal work is equivalent to a system replacement.

Die Artikel 159 und 160 gelten sinngemäss, wenn ein Kanton, nachdem er eine Ermächtigung zur Führung des informatisierten Grundbuchs erhalten hat, das System austauscht oder vollständig erneuert oder am System wesentliche Änderungen vornimmt (Art. 15).

Vollständig ist die Erneuerung des Systems, wenn der Umfang der Erneuerungsarbeiten einem Austausch des Systems gleichkommt.

Se, dopo aver ottenuto l’autorizzazione a tenere il registro fondiario informatizzato, un Cantone sostituisce o rinnova completamente il sistema o vi apporta modifiche rilevanti (art. 15), gli articoli 159 e 160 si applicano per analogia.

Il rinnovo del sistema è considerato completo se la portata dei relativi lavori equivale a una sostituzione del sistema.
