In the event of publication by reference according to Art. 5, para. 1, LPubl, the responsible authority shall timely provide the ChF with: a. the texts to be published by reference in the Official Collection (RO); b. for partial revisions: 1. the consolidated texts to be published, 2. other documents to be published on the platform if they are necessary to establish transparency of the modifications in relation to the previous version.

In the event of publication by reference according to Art. 5, para. 2, LPubl, the responsible authority shall ensure that: a. the text to be published by reference in the RO, from the date of publication of the reference: 1. is available at all times in the required official languages, and 2. can be consulted free of charge, if it is a text originating from a private organization, from the responsible authority or possibly from the organization in question, and can be copied for personal use; b. when modifications are involved, such modifications are recognizable in relation to the previous version.

Bei der Veröffentlichung durch Verweis nach Artikel 5 Absatz 1 PublG liefert die federführende Behörde der BK rechtzeitig vor der Veröffentlichung: a. den in der AS durch Verweis zu veröffentlichenden Text; b. bei Teilrevisionen: 1. den zu veröffentlichenden konsolidierten Text, und 2. soweit dies zur Herstellung der Transparenz über die Änderungen gegenüber der vorhergehenden Version erforderlich ist, weitere Dokumente zur Veröffentlichung auf der Publikationsplattform.

Bei der Veröffentlichung durch Verweis nach Artikel 5 Absatz 2 PublG stellt die federführende Behörde sicher, dass: a. der in der AS durch Verweis zu veröffentlichende Text ab der Veröffentlichung des Verweises: 1. jederzeit in den erforderlichen Amtssprachen verfügbar ist, und 2. wenn es ein von einer privaten Organisation herausgegebener Text ist, bei der federführenden Behörde und allenfalls bei der betreffenden Organisation kostenlos eingesehen und zum persönlichen Gebrauch kopiert werden kann; b. bei Änderungen von durch Verweis veröffentlichten Texten die Änderungen gegenüber der vorhergehenden Version erkennbar sind.

En cas de publication sous forme de renvoi selon l’art. 5, al. 1, LPubl, l’autorité responsable fournit à temps à la ChF: a. les textes à publier sous forme de renvoi dans le RO; b. pour les révisions partielles: 1. les textes consolidés à publier, 2. d’autres documents à publier sur la plate-forme s’ils sont nécessaires pour établir la transparence des modifications par rapport à la version précédente.

En cas de publication sous forme de renvoi selon l’art. 5, al. 2, LPubl, l’autorité responsable veille à ce que: a. le texte à publier sous forme de renvoi dans le RO, à compter de la date de publication du renvoi: 1. soit disponible à tout moment dans les langues officielles requises, et 2. puisse être gratuitement, s’il s’agit d’un texte émanant d’une organisation privée, consulté auprès de l’autorité responsable, ou éventuellement auprès de l’organisation en question, et copié pour un usage personnel; b. lorsqu’il s’agit de modifications, celles-ci soient reconnaissables par rapport à la version précédente.

Nell’ambito della pubblicazione mediante rimando secondo l’articolo 5 capoverso 1 LPubb l’autorità competente fornisce tempestivamente alla CaF prima della pubblicazione: a. il testo da pubblicare mediante rimando nella RU; b. in caso di revisioni parziali: 1. il testo consolidato da pubblicare, e 2. ulteriori documenti da pubblicare sulla piattaforma di pubblicazione, nella misura in cui ciò sia necessario a rendere trasparenti le modifiche rispetto alla versione precedente.

Nell’ambito della pubblicazione mediante rimando secondo l’articolo 5 capoverso 2 LPubb l’autorità competente assicura che: a. dalla pubblicazione del rimando, il testo da pubblicare mediante rimando nella RU: 1. sia disponibile in qualsiasi momento nelle lingue ufficiali richieste, e 2. se si tratta di un testo pubblicato da un’organizzazione privata, possa essere consultato gratuitamente presso l’autorità competente, o eventualmente presso l’organizzazione interessata, e copiato per uso personale; b. in caso di modifica di testi pubblicati mediante rimando, le modifiche rispetto alla versione precedente siano riconoscibili.
