The territory of a park of national importance shall be characterised by its high natural and landscape values, and in particular by: a. the diversity and rarity of the indigenous animal and plant species as well as their habitats; b. the exceptional beauty and the character of the landscape; c. a low level of disturbance, by buildings, installations and uses, of the habitats of indigenous animal and plant species as well as of the landscapes and sites of local character.

The territory of regional natural parks and of buffer zones in national parks shall also be characterised by the uniqueness and special quality of the cultural landscape as well as by historically significant sites and monuments.

Das Gebiet eines Parks von nationaler Bedeutung zeichnet sich aus durch seine hohen Natur- und Landschaftswerte, insbesondere durch: a. die Vielfalt und Seltenheit der einheimischen Tier- und Pflanzenarten sowie ihrer Lebensräume; b. die besondere Schönheit und die Eigenart der Landschaft; c. einen geringen Grad an Beeinträchtigungen der Lebensräume einheimischer Tier- und Pflanzenarten sowie des Landschafts- und Ortsbildes durch Bauten, Anlagen und Nutzungen.

Das Gebiet von Regionalen Naturpärken und von Umgebungszonen in Nationalpärken zeichnet sich zudem aus durch die Einzigartigkeit und besondere Qualität der Kulturlandschaft sowie durch kulturhistorisch bedeutungsvolle Stätten und Denkmäler.

Le territoire d’un parc d’importance nationale se distingue par sa forte valeur naturelle et paysagère, en particulier: a. par la diversité et la rareté des espèces animales et végétales indigènes ainsi que de leurs habitats; b. par la beauté et la spécificité du paysage; c. par le peu d’atteintes aux habitats des espèces animales et végétales indigènes ainsi qu’à l’aspect caractéristique du paysage et des localités en raison de constructions, d’installations ou d’utilisations.

Le territoire des parcs naturels régionaux et des zones périphériques des parcs nationaux se distingue en outre par la singularité et la qualité particulière du paysage rural ainsi que par les lieux et monuments significatifs d’un point de vue historique et culturel.

Il territorio di un parco d’importanza nazionale è caratterizzato dai suoi elevati valori naturali e paesaggistici, segnatamente: a. dalla varietà e dalla rarità delle specie animali e vegetali indigene nonché dei loro spazi vitali; b. dalla particolare bellezza e dalla specificità del paesaggio; c. da un livello minimo di danni causati da costruzioni, impianti e utilizzazioni agli spazi vitali di specie animali e vegetali indigene nonché alle caratteristiche del paesaggio e all’aspetto degli abitati.

Il territorio dei parchi naturali regionali e delle zone periferiche dei parchi nazionali si distingue inoltre per l’unicità e la particolare qualità del paesaggio rurale nonché per i luoghi e i monumenti d’importanza storico-culturale.
