The FSVO compiles the statistics referred to in Art. 36 of the Animal Protection Act (APA). These statistics must contain the necessary information to allow for the assessment of the application of animal protection legislation in the areas of animal experimentation, experimental animals, and genetically modified animals.

In compiling and publishing the statistics, the FSVO takes into account international regulations and recommendations.

The FSVO periodically publishes a report in collaboration with the Federal Commission for Animal Experiments regarding the efforts made to protect animals in the fields of animal experimentation, experimental animals, and genetically modified animals.

Das BLV führt die Statistik nach Artikel 36 TSchG. Diese muss die notwendigen Angaben enthalten, mit denen die Anwendung der Tierschutzgesetzgebung in den Bereichen Tierversuche, Versuchstiere und gentechnisch veränderte Tiere beurteilt werden kann.

Das BLV berücksichtigt bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung der Statistik internationale Regelungen und Empfehlungen.

Es veröffentlicht in Zusammenarbeit mit der Eidgenössischen Kommission für Tierversuche periodisch einen Bericht, der über die Entwicklung der Tierschutzbestrebungen bei Tierversuchen, Versuchstieren und gentechnisch veränderten Tieren Auskunft gibt.

L’OSAV établit la statistique visée à l’art. 36 LPA. La statistique doit contenir les indications nécessaires pour permettre l’évaluation de l’application de la législation sur la protection des animaux dans les domaines de l’expérimentation animale, des animaux d’expérience et des animaux génétiquement modifiés.

Pour l’établissement et la publication des statistiques, l’OSAV tient compte des réglementations et des recommandations internationales.

L’OSAV publie périodiquement un rapport en collaboration avec la Commission fédérale pour les expériences sur animaux concernant les efforts de protection des animaux déployés dans le domaine de l’expérimentation animale, des animaux d’expérience et des animaux génétiquement modifiés.

L’USAV tiene la statistica di cui all’articolo 36 LPAn. Essa deve contenere le indicazioni necessarie per poter valutare l’applicazione della legislazione sulla protezione degli animali a livello di sperimentazione animale, animali da laboratorio e animali geneticamente modificati.

Nel redigere e pubblicare la statistica l’USAV tiene conto di normative e raccomandazioni internazionali.

In collaborazione con la Commissione federale per gli esperimenti sugli animali, l’USAV pubblica regolarmente un rapporto che informa sugli sviluppi degli sforzi profusi per migliorare la protezione degli animali a livello di sperimentazione animale, animali da laboratorio e animali geneticamente modificati.
