Any other international body may by way of exception be accorded privileges, immunities and facilities if: a. it works closely with one or more intergovernmental organisations or international institutions based in Switzerland or with States in carrying out tasks which are normally the responsibility of those intergovernmental organisations, international institutions or States; b. it plays a key role in an important area of international relations; c. it has wide recognition at the international level; and d. the granting of privileges, immunities and facilities contributes substantially to the fulfilment of its mandate.

Ein anderes internationales Organ kann ausnahmsweise in den Genuss von Vorrechten, Immunitäten und Erleichterungen kommen, wenn: a. es eng mit einer oder mehreren zwischenstaatlichen Organisationen oder internationalen Institutionen mit Sitz in der Schweiz oder mit Staaten zur Erfüllung von Aufgaben zusammenarbeitet, die grundsätzlich diesen zwischenstaatlichen Organisationen, internationalen Institutionen oder Staaten obliegen; b. es in einem wichtigen Bereich der internationalen Beziehungen eine entscheidende Funktion erfüllt; c. es international über einen hohen Bekanntheitsgrad verfügt; und d. die Gewährung von Vorrechten, Immunitäten und Erleichterungen wesentlich zur Erfüllung seines Mandats beiträgt.

Un autre organisme international peut, à titre exceptionnel, bénéficier de privilèges, d’immunités et de facilités aux conditions suivantes: a. il collabore étroitement avec une ou plusieurs organisations intergouvernementales ou institutions internationales établies en Suisse, ou avec des États, pour exécuter des tâches qui incombent en principe à ces organisations, institutions ou États; b. il joue un rôle majeur dans un domaine important des relations internationales; c. il bénéficie d’une large notoriété sur le plan international; d. l’octroi de privilèges, d’immunités et de facilités est de nature à contribuer substantiellement à la réalisation de son mandat.

A titolo eccezionale possono essere accordati privilegi, immunità e facilitazioni ad altri organismi internazionali: a. che collaborano strettamente con una o più organizzazioni intergovernative o istituzioni internazionali stabilitesi in Svizzera o con Stati per svolgere compiti che spettano per principio a queste organizzazioni, a queste istituzioni o a questi Stati; b. che svolgono una funzione decisiva in un ambito importante delle relazioni internazionali; c. che godono di un elevato grado di notorietà sul piano internazionale; e d. se il conferimento di privilegi, immunità e facilitazioni fornisce un contributo essenziale all’adempimento del loro mandato.
